Ich will einen ganz großen Lob aussprechen, an die sehr lieben Mitarbeiter. Die Autos sind auch sehr gepflegt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Schnelle und unproblematische Übergabe, sehr freundlicher Service und am Ende auch eine ebenso unkomplizierte Abgabe. Transporter war auch in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Preise gehen immer völlig in Ordnung.

Die Autos sind sehr gepflegt und in einem Top Zustand und Ich bin immer wieder aufs neue begeistert.

Habe am Samstag mit meinem Freund ein Auto gemietet. Waren super zufrieden und es lief alles reibungslos. Frau Lasaryan hat uns einen top Service geliefert und die Abholung war stressfrei.

Selten so einen guten Service erlebt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, haben immer eine Lösung parat und die Fahrzeuge sind perfekt gesäubert.

Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Kilometer sind bei den Fahrzeugen je nach Tarif frei. Hatte mal ein Problem mit einer nicht gebuchten Zusatz Versicherung. Das wurde ganz unkompliziert gelöst.

Ab der Buchung über der Website, Abholung und der Rückgabe alles top. Personal ist sehr freundlich und versteht es auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden einzugehen, bei allen Fragen vor der Abholung wurde kompetent geantwortet so das man sich keine Sorgen machen musste.

We booked a car incl. Insurances for a relatively fair price. After payment of the first installment with my credit card a new and higher price was shown to be paid at the local office. As I already know these practices, I carefully took screenshots of every step I did. I contacted the customer service via phone and e-mail just minutes after my booking in order to cancel the entire reservation and also presented them the screenshots. They confirmed that no charges will apply and that I should cancel my booking also via their homepage. I informed them on the same day, that my booking number / reference code could "somehow" not be found in their online system. I tried to log in multiple times in the following days until it finally worked out on day 3. Eventually I could cancel my reservation via the homepage and... surprise, the deadline for free cancelations has been passed.

I contacted again the customer service via the hotline. After explaining the situation they simply hang up. Afterwards I contacted them via e-Mail and only received the message that they are unfortunatelly not be able to reimburse my money.

Police, bank, insurance and lawyer are now informed and will proceed with further legal actions.

So please just don´t do the same mistake!

Kelley was checking my car at arrival and I was very well treaded. No "extra" scratches or anything else was added on top like last visit 2 weeks ago!

We were welcomed with a wonderful smile by Kelly Fink. She was very efficient and quick to check in the car we returned. On top of that, seeing that we had a lot of luggage, she found two luggage carts for us, and directed us to the elevator so we could find our hotel easily. Had to cancel my rental and since I did not know until the day of I got charged $328 for the full coverage I did not use.

What a rip off, don't use these guys ever, if you have to cancel they will slug you 65EUD, even if you cancel six weeks out from your trip, in a world of lock downs and borders being shut and do not click on the insurance tab of the email they send out, once you click that tab in the email, you pay, not even take you to another site for further review, you just pay! You contact them and you get nothing back, i guess when dealing with thieves you deal with people that don't care at all, just scam after scam! DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!

They are friendly, courteous, professional and a pleasure to interact with. They offer you the best and newest cars and make everything quick and super easy. They are accommodating and never stress you out; their service is quick and easy. You can go there if you are in a hurry. Thanks for your amazing service
