The car was a diesel and very economical and reliable with no problems. Other than the minor cleaning problem I will be using them again. Good value and service.

I booked with them in Jan-2019 for April-2019 I paid 56 CAD for full cover insurance.
When I arrived to pick up the car, they said that I don't have insurance and it is not include all the tax. In the end I was charge 200 more. When you tying to call them, you can't get someone. You only can send an email and after two weeks they said this is what should be we can do anything.

I did business with one of their subsidiaries. They ignore my requests for refund on a large overcharge on a car. Total bait and switch operation. All the positive reviews on social media's and their own website are fake reviews. Beware of the parent company and any other subsidiary.

I booked a car 6 weeks ago. The bill surprised us with extra costs which were not told before. Rude service. We cancelled after a day. We still do not have the money back. Fraudsters!

This Company will not deal with you after you have purchased. They will tell all sorts of lies about terms and conditions and pricing to get you to buy and then you will never get the car or a refund. Told Excess and deposit was £200 and on arrival it was £2000!

Companies like bookinggroup over book cars and think its fine to have you waiting for 2 or more hours.

We had to cancelled our trip due to the delay and customer service has been dodging us.

We leased a car to be picked up in another city for our daughter. When she went to pick up the car they refused because she was not the credit card holder. I called the agency and asked to not be charged as the car was never used. They refused and charged my credit card $276.00. FOR NOTHING!
