The first car rental I have had in Denver that didn't stress me out completely. The price was exactly what I expected to pay- other companies have always surprised me at the counter with extra fees or taxes that were not mentioned during the booking process. Looking forward to renting exclusively with this supplier in the future
Rented from London central. Supposed to drop off car in Manchester however plans changed last minute and dropped at Gatwick. No problem. Offered an upgrade for free. Great car good price. All in all a good experience
Would love to rent this same car when my wife and I come back in September. Loved the Astra and being a diesel. Felt like a luxury car. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Can I ask for the same car again?
Very positive experience. The office is located 10 minutes drive from the airport. We came with a LOT of baggage. We called them from the airport they picked us up after 10 minutes. Great company. Will hire again

Booked with them and bought there insurance. Big Mistake! There insurance is not good in Costa Rica. Tried to cal them from Europcar facility's only to be on hold for 45 min TWICE! Eropcar here is a rip off they make you buy There Insurance and there cars are a Piece of Crap! Not what they show on there website.
We were disappointed to find that we had to make a payment for an additional charge of 60 Euro with the local car agency secured through bookinggroup. Whilst the additional amount isn't very significant overall, we felt that there were better deals out there we could have taken had we known about the hidden charges (not listed in the agreement or even the fine print). I have complained on May 12th but had no response yet. I will definitely not use them again and I would recommend you stay away too.
What can I say trying to contact this company is impossible. Phones are never answered or the number cuts off, emails are never replied to. Trying to alter pick up time in Malta even phoning Malta is a waste of money.

I made this reservation and didn't really know who I was renting from; but the pricing was super. I started to have doubts the pricing seemed too good to be true but I just went on faith and all turned out to be just as good as I'd hoped. Since the webiste was also for European rentals; the notes said to bring a passport; which I did; even tho we stayed in the USA. My passport was not needed but I was glad I was prepared. I have learned to request the pick up a bit earlier than I landed and to request the drop off later than I needed so there were no surprise additional charges
I was a little nervous as I had not booked through this company before; but was very relieved when the transaction went so smoothly. You just follow the directions in the airport to the rental car pick up and a shuttle comes very promptly to pick you up and take you to the car lot. There you confirm all information and pick up. The same for drop off just opposite. Their shuttle service is very fast and efficient
Recently spent the long weekend in Cyprus and rented a car from KEM Rentals. From the pickup from the airport to the administrative process of getting the car it was a smooth; stress-free experience. The car was neat comfy and well-maintained. I even got a free booster seat for my little girl. All in all it made our stay in Cyprus a pleasant one as we had the freedom to visit all the best tourist attractions. On my next trip to Cyprus I'll definitely rent from KEM Rentals again
Very friendly and efficient staff. Standard of vehicle was good. Car rental facility well located on the airport site. Car was very clean internally
The car was in great condition actually I was able to go to the section and choose the car. There were a multitude of makes models and colors. They were all in great condition. Picking up and dropping off the car were quick and easy. Value for the car was great at the time of booking. However when I was picking it up the rep roped me into extras which was an additional half the cost of my rental. When I originally booked; it said I had "full coverage" but I was later told I need insurance. "Full coverage" apparently only covers physical damage not the minimum insurance if I get in an accident with another car? I don't know it was confusing and probably not required but I wasn't going to spend the time to research what was actually legally required. That was my only qualm but I added the additional coverage because the rep made it sound required and also for piece of mind
