Disappointing. As we were getting ready to hand the 5 sets of blinds we ordered and received, NOT ONE of the blinds came w/ anything to hang them with. My husband reached out, and it took 7 days to process the concern/problem, and we have since been told it will take up to 3 weeks to receive the "missing pieces" from our order. So we have to wait and wait. Our order came in 2 separate boxes, neither of them had anything to hand the blinds with. VERY DISSAPPOINTED with the customer service side of things. Still cant say anything one way or the other about the blinds. We are still waiting to be able to hand them. :(
I ordered 9 blinds on November 27. Estimated delivery date January 4. On January 5 I called to see where my blinds were. For some reason my order was placed on hold by blind.com even though they charged my credit card when the order was placed. I asked fir a manager to call me to explain the delay. My inquiry was"escalated". It is now January 10 and I still have not gotten a call from a manager although I got an email stating my order was shipped with a fed ex reference. The fed ex reference only indicates that a label for shipping was prepared on January 6 with an estimated delivery date of between January 19-24. The blinds were not shipped. I will never purchase from blind.com again and will tell everyone I know to never buy from this company that has no regard for customer satisfaction
Measuring was easy, entering the measurements were easy. The fit was great, love the look of these shades in our bedroom. They were easy to install. The hardest part was the lovely choices we had to choose from.

I've done business with this company in the past. Their website makes ordering soooo easy. And the customer service was excellent when I needed them several years ago. I bought Bali because the lifting system is quieter and more sturdy than the house brand.
Do not order from this company. They have a terrible customer service. Only one installation provider in my area. For the second time had to wait multiple months for my blinds. Customer service doesn't care and told me their supervisor denied my request to speak to them. Customer representative ended the call by telling me the ball was in my court, that no product was made, and that the best option they had to offer me was wait for 3 months for my blinds or cancel my order for the second time. Disappointing, never ordering from this company again!
I found just what I was looking for and the size I needed. I went online to the nationally known "big" stores but they didn't have what I needed. So I found Blinds.com, they had what I wanted and ordering was easy!
I've purchased from Blinds.com previously & have always been happy. I did not give 5 stars because I realized I really do not like the push up & down option as opposed to the dr's string on the wood blinds. The blinds seem to be slightly off kilter as a result.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
