I have purchased from Blindster in the past and was very satisfied with the great quality. I recently purchased 3 more for my vintage windows. Once I received them, they didnt look like they would have fit properly. So, I contacted customer service to possibly return them. I was contacted promptly with different mounting options.
Once I mounted them, them fit perfectly. Their customer service stayed in contact with me to make sure I didnt have any issues.
They are prompt to reply to emails and their blinds last longer than the ones I had special ordered from Lowe's.
I will be purchasing all future blinds from Blindster
Received two room darkening shades for spare room and they are perfect. Easy to install. Will be ordering again in the future.
The quality of the blinds is good. The instructions for pairing the motor to the remote control is wrong. The location of the P1 button is not as shown on the instructions. We got online and found a separate set of instructions that also had an error. Between the 2 sets of instructions, we were able to figure it out. Please fix your instructions

There is a big difference in quality between name brand and economy blinds. We decided to take the chance on Blindster brand double cellular cordless blinds. The product was of good quality. Unfortunately, there was a small tear noticed on the interior side post install. It wasn't a huge deal but it was new and bugged me. Contact customer service sent a picture and they immediately sent a complete replacement no questions asked. The new blind had no defects and I was even able to repurpose the torn one in a location where it was less noticeable. Very happy with the customer service and the product. Beats the hell out of ordering Bali at literally three to four times the cost.

We bought our blinds several years ago. One of the pull down handle/clips broke. When I called, they quickly sent me replacements at no charge! Thank you!

I will cut straight to the chase and say that I started a customer service ticket believing there had been a mistake made either in production or distribution of a special order product. Through the set up of the ticket, Mary was extremely helpful and patient. She made sure she understood my problem, clarified where necessary, and requested additional information while telling me what the next steps would be.
When it turned out that I had just missed some warnings in the product specifications that would have impacted my order in a way I had not expected, Mary relayed the information from the warehouse clearly along with screenshots and verified proof so there was no doubt I was just mistaken.
Whether I would have ordered the product in the first place had I properly taken all the production warnings into account isn't really the point here. The Blindster warehouse team built the product correctly as they stated they would, and their customer service team did their job handling the ticket to its conclusion excellently. My only complaint is against my ability to read properly that day.

As a Realtor and home owner, it's important to have faith in a company and product to not only use on my home but when I refer to my customers. The products offered are great quality and in various price points to meet different levels of need and budget. Ordering is easy, love that the boxes come labeled with the rooms the blinds are to be installed in, especially helpful when doing an entire home. The warranty is none like I've seen before! I've owned my blinds for 7 yrs. One of the cords broke that lifts the blinds. I contacted customer service to look up order number to see which one it was to order and pay for a new one, and THEY told me it was eligible for replacement under the warranty! What a pleasant and unexpected surprise. My clients have all been very satisfied with the company and products, as I continue to refer Blindster to them. Keep up the great work!

Overall, very good experience. Second time I ordered blinds from Blindster. Measurement process was simple. Ordering was straightforward. Delivery was very fast. The only minor improvement that I would recommend is some clarification on placement of the mounting brackets in the window casement for interior mounting. If you could provide a clear diagram on the instruction sheet, such as measurement from the front of the casement to front of the bracket, or from window frame to back of bracket, or some other clear instructions and pictures it would be helpful. Great product--love the blinds!
