So far so good with our blindster blinds purchase! Ordering was easy and good communication of when the blinds were ready. The only thing is, it took longer than expected for the blinds to be delivered. We weren't in a rush for them, but it is good to know up front, the approximate amount of time it will take for them to be delivered. So far, we only have good things to say about the blinds! Especially for the price point. I do recommend Blindster Blinds, and will use them again in the future.
The blinds were fine. The free shipping takes way to long. If I knew in advance. I would have paid for shipping. 3 or 4 weeks to get the blinds is a joke.

Ordered free samples which arrived quickly. I then chose the color and style of bamboo Roman shades for outside window frame mounting. Shades came exact size I ordered and look fabulous. So glad I chose Blindster.

Ordered blinds for all of our rooms in our Row Home and we're completely happy with them. A few years later, one of the buttons on a particular set of blinds. It took one customer service call and an email later I had a replacement sent free of charge. Specifically, Lola the rep was beyond helpful and met our needs fully.

Purchased 3 new blinds and am pleased with them โฆ as well as the 5 other ones I have purchased with in the last several years.
However 1 of the "tool-less" blinds is stiff and the plastic handle keeps coming off when pulling the blind down. Doesn't recoil as smoothly as the other ones and doesn't stay flush to the window sill.

A draw cord on one side broke unexpectedly on one of the blinds. I contacted Blindster to see what might be done to fix it. I was so fortunate to have the assistance of Lola who so kind, professional and courteous. Lola assisted me with the process and after sending in a picture of the issue, Lola promptly processed a request for a replacement blind as part of the accident protection plan. Wow is an understatement, I am incredibly pleased and happy that I chose Blindster for my blinds. This was our third order of shades from Blindster after our house rebuild from a fire. Our daughter-in-law recommended Blindster to us as they were completing their window treatments with their new home. It has been a very positive experience.
The entire process was made easy by following the process on the website. Once our shades were on order we had regular updates as to when they went to manufacturing, shipping, and then when they were delivered.
We installed them the same morning they arrived and like the others, look and work great!
