My first try at raising the blind I couldn't unlock it to raise it. I found that I had to lift the blind with my left hand slightly and then it unlocked OK. I didn'y expect the weight would be so heve for slats only about 3/4 inch wide. Now, after learning how to raise them they work fine and look good.
I replaced the mini blinds from Home Depot that were only 6 months old due to damage from my vacation rental. I searched for reasonably priced options for cellular shades and to my delight found Blindster. The prices are great, installation easy and product FANTASTIC! Thank you Blindster for your site being easy to figure out for custom shades!
WOW! I was so amazed to see the quality of the custom fitted mini blinds I ordered. The packaging was great, the quality of the blinds was fantastic, the hardware was real quality. I am building a new home and had several different size windows to order blinds for. They all went up effortlessly and worked and fit like a glove. I am so happy I ordered from Blindste.com. I will never consider blinds from the big box stores again.
I was even surprised to find out how nice the blinds were, not cheap or low quality. One review mentioned that the screws twisted off. My only suggestion would have been to drill a pilot hole since these are not deck screws. My windows look fantastic!
I can't however post a glowing review for FedEx Home Delivery. They need a lot of improvement but everything arrived undamaged.
I ordered custom blinds for my daughter's bedroom. The product was delivered as advertised and easy to install. It works well and is competitively priced.

This was my second order from blindster. Quality-wise, after two orders with several blinds, they haven't disappointed me yet! I had an issue with one of the cordless blinds in this order not working correctly. They sent me a new blind without an issue, and it didn't work either. After much trial and error, we figured out the problem and blindster took care of the issue until the blind was working. Turns out, the wrong button was installed. (They also offered a refund, but I wanted to blind to work!) EXCELLENT JOB! And absolutely wonderful customer service! I'll definitely recommend blindster to ANYONE. Fabulous products, decent prices and great customer service!
Blindster was easy to use, with many different options. I have awkward size windows and wanted specific products for each room. I was able to get everything in custom sizes at a great price! Shipping was great too!

Very happy with my blinds. The directions could be a bit better for all the attachment options. Perhaps a YouTube video of each option would be great. Love how they look!
