Once I got the shades I tried to put one up. The base was easy, but then I had a problem with the insertion of the blinds into the base bracket. Once I figured it out, (no directions) it was very easy to install. I ordered seven and each was labeled with the correct size... very important. Very pleased!
We received blinds for three very large windows. They are wood and gorgeous. They fit perfectly. Ordering was easy and the blinds came incredibly quickly. When we installed one of them, it suddening fell and the string that runs through them to raise and lower then was missing. The customer service was exceptional and the replacement blinds are under construction. Response was so fast, personalized, focused on satisfying our deliemma. I love a company that values quality of their product and their customers enough to help. Thanks Blindster. You will be my "go to" for blinds from now on.

Everything went well great from start to finish. Just installed them after receiving them a week ago. Purchase price was reasonable and installation was effortless once I had the perfect timing to start and finish the job. All Good!

I was having trouble with my battery operated zebra blinds not taking a charge. I called Blindster Customer Support and spoke with Mary who offered some good suggestions over the phone and by email. Even though my blinds are out of warranty, Mary was positive about the situation. Ultimately, the solution was to push the USB-C plug more firmly until it clicked and the red light appeared. Mary's conversation with me was caring and solution oriented, and that motivated me to keep trying. Thanks, Mary!

Called three times in two days spoke with three different people but jasmine resolved my issue and made things work out she was able to reorder my shades with the nylon chain and get me a discount also I had tension of it not being done but she helped me out and made things work out

Vincent was quite knowledgeable and courteous. I needed help with 28 windows in my house and he was continually patient; however, more importantly he was kind. He took the time to notice I was from Kerrville where we had a devastating flood. He took the time to talk with me about it and offered his condolences. The blind instruction sheet did not tell me that the cord connecting the battery to the motor was not connected and needed ti be exposed and connected. Very frustrating but the person I called was able to walk me through it

I purchased a Zebra motorized blind to replace the motorized blind that we had purchased from Blindster a few years ago. The directions in the box were not thorough enough for me to determine how to operate the blind and pair it with my remote. I called Blindster and Cindy was able to send me a very informative email that included a video that solved my issues. I had to leave on a business trip shortly after Cindy sent me the email and wasn't able to use the information she sent. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from Cindy following up with me to make sure my problem was resolved. I explained that I was out of country and unable to even check out the video and I would do so upon my return. When I returned from my trip I accessed the video and was quickly able to get the motor to work and pair with my remote. I sent Cindy and email to thank her for the great support and asked her to forward my email to her manager because I'm sure the support I received is exactly the kind of support Blindster wants to provide their customers.
