I wanted to refresh my window covering on my French doors because my drapes were worn and dated. The cellular blinds from Blindster were just the update I needed. Clean, modern, easy to operate. It took mere minutes upon unboxing to install both shades (with just a cordless drill and driver). And they look great.

Site was easy to manage and enter measurements, shades came quickly, all measurements were spot on. One shade had a small color spot. Contacted customer service and had a resolution within 24 hours, new blind being shipped. Great experience and will recommend to all of our friends.

Well, I measured the opening for the roller shade to within 1/16 of an inch, when I received the blind, it didn't fit. After I rechecked my measurement, it was correct. Since they deduct a fraction off of the blind width for a tight fit, I figured they just measured wrong. They have guarantee that it will fit; so they remade it and sent me a new one. Excited to receive the new one, I went to mount it, nope, it doesn't fit. We exchanged many emails, I took photos of the opening, my measurements and tried to explain the problem. Blindster wants a tight fit, so on the third blind, I decided to round down 1/8". Not sure they would make a third blind, I asked for a third remake, and they sent it. Not many companies would do that. The third time was a charm; we have a perfect fit. While it took weeks to get this right, they made sure I was satisfied! They are dedicated to the customer, and I will have no reservations to use them again. Their prices are also pretty good. Thanks for the support Blindster!

When I first moved into my house four years ago, I put up those temporary paper blinds until I figured out what window treatments I wanted. Well…four years later, it was time to finally put up real blinds (ones that aren't held up with thumbtacks…). I got the easy mount no tools mount and the deluxe honeycomb blackout blinds from Blindster. I am so incredibly happy with these! It took about 15 minutes to put up, from start to finish, and the blinds fit perfectly and are easy to move up and down. I also really appreciated the included instructions and the how-to videos on Blindster's website. The items shipped really quickly, too (delivered within 1.5 weeks). I plan to get more of these for other rooms in the house!
