I have a Blindster blind that is years old. The plastic rail clip broke. I didn't even know if Blindster was still in business. Not only are they still in business, but real, live people helped me out over the phone and email. The order was an old one, but Vincent looked it up and found the part I needed in stock. He and Crislyn were exceptional! They sent me a new part, at no cost, and even followed up to make sure I received the clip.
I haven't seen this level of help in years from any business I deal with. I will definitely do business with Blindster in the future. And, I will promote them to anyone! Ps. I rarely write reviews for any product They deserve the 5 stars and the time it took to write this.

I heard about Blindster from a referral because we needed blinds for our upstairs windows. The selection was great. There were comprehensive videos showing all the products and their features. The prices were very reasonable. I ordered my blinds but we were not able to install them immediately. 4 weeks after they sat in my entryway waiting for our installation I realized I'd ordered the wrong kind (my fault). Called their CS who were super helpful, friendly and worked with us to get the blinds I'd originally wanted with only the shipping costs added on. This was above and beyond what a company has to do and I'm so grateful because I'm getting what I really wanted. 5 stars and extra points for their CS who were wonderfully helpful, quick and friendly. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

I ordered some blackout blinds for my back porch. For some unknown reason, I ordered two blackout blinds and one solar shade. I was not happy. I decided to try to get by with what I had ordered since I was the one at fault. A few months later, I could stand it any more and decided to bite the billet and just order a whole new black out blinds. I called in and spoke to Mayra. She was so wonderful in helping me to ensure that I ordered the right blind and even went to management on my behalf and

I felt inclined to write this review because of the SUPERB professional assistance I received from Lizzy, a Blindster customer service representative, as well as the quality of Blindster shades covering six large windows in my home. I was extremely impressed with Lizzy's patience and product knowledge, which resulted in the proper installation of my Blindster remote controlled motorized shades. Lizzy spent over an hour on the phone with me until the shades operated perfectly. With her experience, knowledge and patience, I came away very grateful for a customer service experience that topped any that I have ever received! The title says it all. Even with great companies things happen, it's how the company handles the issue that counts. I ordered three motorized blinds and one was off just a bit. Customer service walked me through getting it set correctly and it was a super easy fix.

I had an issue with my blinds that when rolled up were crooked. After some very responsive troubleshooting with support, they remade them under the warranty. Would highly recommend!

Messed up measurements pretty badly, Blindster support was amazing. They helped me through the steps to get the correct measurements and then because I had the gurantee we were able to replace them. They are amazing company.

Blindster's shutters are outstanding. Installation is so easy. They look great. But best of all is the customer service. They go well beyond the call of duty to make sure customers are happy. Kim, in particular, was exceptionally helpful. I've now put their shutters on two houses. If I move again, Blindster is coming too!

We purchased blinds for our home four years ago. After four years of continual use one of the parts broke on one set of blinds. I reached out to support so I could order the correct replacement set of blinds. They researched my account, found the warranty I had forgotten about and after a little more searching, found that they could send us a replacement part instead of having to start from scratch. The part worked perfectly and the blinds are back in the window. Excellent customer service.
