I can only review on what we have installed and so far great! The single direction cellulars were very easy to install. Hubby did all three in less than an hour. We recently received second half of order, the dual direction or up and down cells are smaller in size and I will review these later.
The experience I had ordering the blinds was way better than trying to go through Home Depot or Lowes. I am recommendIng Blindster to everyone I know. It was a great pleasure doing business with Blindster!
The sales representatives were very professional, helpful & polite! My blinds were just like I ordered.
I purchased two large wooden blinds. When I began installing the hardware, I wanted to add an additional center support. I contacted Blindster and the customer service representative took care of having an additional support sent. They fit perfectly and look beautiful.
Upon delivery we found that the carton was split in half from the top down the sides, after inspection we have not found and serious damage but there are some scratches on the surface of some of the cover fabric on the top of the units.

Would do it again
I ordered room darkening shades that arrived with frayed edges, and defects in the material throughout the shades. Even the pulls looked cheap! There's supposed to be a 60 day guarantee, but you either have to pay for shipping, approximately $40, or donate them, where there's a $45 fee attached, for crediting you. This is extremely unfair. What does satisfaction guaranteed mean? I don't think I will purchase shades from this company again.
Excellent website but never got updates on progress of shipping and head rail was slightly damaged. We covered it with the decorative piece that comes with it and it covered.
Every single sales person was kind compassionate about their products and took time to treat me like I was their only customer. Every shade or blind ww received was a perfect fit and easy to install. Most of all they look beautiful!
Had to get another set of blinds due to installation irregularities. Nominal replacement charges(less than new set of blinds). No problem! Great company to do business with.

This is my 4th purchase of window coverings from Blindster and I am very happy as usual with my blinds. I will not go anywhere else for window coverings.
Got our blinds and installed them with a little difficulty because the instructions were rather vague, not specific at all. Since my son is very handy, we figured it out logically. They work nicely, but received some Velcro looking pieces that we aren't sure what they're for- no mention in the instructions. May be for hold downs on windy days? Production took longer than expected in making them, so it took a couple weeks longer than anticipated.
