Perfect Match to Existing Blinds!

Cellular blind

Ordered for a house warming gift. They were delivered later than originally scheduled, but Blindster voluntarily gave me a 10% discount, I didn't even have to ask for it. My Granddaughter really likes them and said that they were easy to install. She likes the top down bottom up feature.

Best Customer Service

Received my blinds timely. However, my contractor was running way behind so two months later realized that I had ordered the wrong type of valances. Took photos of the installed blinds and contacted Blindster to order replacement valances. They are handling at no charge. My error and they are not charging me!
By the way the blinds are high quality.

We are very pleased with the 16 blinds we ordered from blindster. Ordering was simply and they were shipped quickly. Installation was fairly quick as well. You can't go wrong with the Super Value Faux wood blind, they look great!

Easy to use web site for ordering.
Received products a little slower than advertised and was awarded a percentage refund. I was not impatient so no problem for me. One item was damaged during shipment and that was taken care of pretty quickly. I will order more from them and would recommend them to anyone.

Great blinds

I ordered blinds from blindster for one room in my house to see how they were. We ended up reordered for almost every other room. They were easy to install and easy to order. They will happily send you samples of their products which makes it easier to decide what color to purchase.

Blackout shades

Shades were sent a half inch shorter than we ordered. If they do this on every order they should tell you because I allowed for that myself. Very good quality shades just a little to short.

Best buy ever

My friend bought blinds and said how great they were and was she right I sent for samples and ordered them for all windows in my home love, love, love, them. All blinds fit perfect. Was not notified when they would arrive until after they weredelivered but they are worth the money and would recommend them to all my friends.

Had ordered blinds from selectblinds and they went up a lot when they went to the electric lift. Love the idea, but not the economy so I went with Blindster.com. Loved that they talked to me, then I submitted online and changed my mind about color. They Called me and suggested I really should get samples. I didn't want to but I was persuaded and I changed my mind again - and love the final result. They took a little longer than I thought, but just days and they checked on them for me and expedited them - all just so extremely polite and NICE. Two were a little too big, but I can't blame them - I am NOT great at measuring and hate that measure top, middle bottom - but I didn't even see, because my installer just trimmed them up and hung them while I was out. One was bent - also not blindsters fault - obviously crushed a bit in shipping, but my installer told me not to worry, the part that goes over the top rail would cover it and no one would know. Plus, he was thrilled those covers are magnetized, much easier to hang than the clip on ones we got with our other blinds. They look great and now we have privacy and can block the sun when it is late afternoon, or tilt them open for light and a look at the yard. Bravo - everyone was so helpful. PS, my first choice on the web was pretty much what I got; but some colors in the oaks are really different in the samples, so just get samples!
