The Order process was pretty simple. I liked the call with the expert to go over the measurement and ensure that everything is accurate. Shutters look great. Relatively easy to install. Only bad part was that the wrong shutters were sent to me. After unpacking which took 20 minutes inrealized the mistake. My shutters ended up in Minnesota. The error was corrected. Also, the instructions to install were one page and were missing some of the pictures it was referencing.
First time customer. Did not have to spend big bucks to get good quality wood blinds. Mechanism works smoothly, which is very important to me. Large valance came damaged. They immediately replaced it for me. I am very satisfied.

The manufacturer for Blindster was extremely helpful and cooperative when one part came damaged during shipping and another part flew off while installing and couldn't be found. The new parts were sent out right away. The shade we ordered is perfect and very well designed and manufactured. It couldn't have been a better purchase.
Tammy was the service personnel that helped me. She was awesome! I was trying to beat the deadline for the 30% off. I was rather nervous because she ended up picking out the color... it was kinda crazy. I received my blinds and they are GREAT! Easy to put up wonderful color I can not believe someone would pay 3 times the amount of money... BLINDSTER IS THE WAY TO GO! I have recommended them to everyone that has seen them or is even the slighted bit interested in changing their window coverings.

I ordered three different products (blinds, shades and honeycomb blinds) and received two of the three as described. The roller shades have been a major problem. Initially I was shipped someone else's roller blinds and when this was reported replacements were fabricated and shipped. The replacements were not fabricated as ordered (too narrow) and now 12 days later I have still not received correctly fabricated shades. I am currently waiting for a return call from customer service to cancel these shades and obtain a refund. Wish me luck...
I found Blindster.com website the easiest to use and the prices competitive if not the best. Phone support was very responsive and they would always call back if I did not want to wait. My questions were answered and samples promptly sent. All I was responsible to do was accurately measure the windows, they show and tell you how on the website. I could easily pick, compare and price the products and make a decision as to what I wanted. Ordering was a breeze and there is a place where you could label just what room and window placement the shade was for so when they arrived each window was clearly matched with each shade. The landlord did the installation so I cannot comment personally on this, but there were no complaints on his end and it worked out to less than 15 minutes per shade. In the end it was an excellent experience at about one third the price of the mom and pop shop in town. Poor mom and pop but a buck saved is a buck saved.

Just like the title says. Blinds are good. Instructions don't match the hardware I received but it's not hard to figure out.

Wonderful company with amazing products. I have also ordered solar shades and was equally impressed with the quality and service on that order!
I had a great experience with blindster. Your guidelines on how to measure was easy to understand. My blinds fit perfect. There was a little snag, one blind came a little bent up. I called and emailed them a picture and it was replaced with no hassle.
