Working w/ Blindster to order a mini-blind that we needed for our newly-renovated bathroom was an absolutely stellar experience! The directions for how to measure for the inside-mount blind was very easy to follow & led to a perfect fit for our window (I was worried about measuring correctly, but the directions were spot-on). I ordered 3 free blind color samples, which arrived quickly at our home. After choosing the color, ordering the blind was totally easy. Next, the blind arrived quickly at our home, had everything we needed & was easy to install. I will always work w/ Blindster for our future blind needs!

I am planning to order more blinds from Blindster
I ordered shades for 8 windows and 3 of them were the wrong length. When I contacted Blindster they requested that I send photos of the wrong shades, which I did. After they received/reviewed the photos, they sent replacement shades quickly. They were very friendly to work with and obviously, very responsive. All shades were carefully packaged and shipped. All arrived in excellent condition.
We damaged one of two blinds we had bought from blindster several years ago, and they were able to pull up their records for an exact replacement to match the other side
The ordering process was simple. I ordered a bunch of samples for different blinds being considered. They sent quite a few extra that were similar, which was helpful since I ended up going with one that I didn't ask for after seeing them all in person. I measured my windows, and placed the order for wood blinds, with the 2-on-1 feature for the larger windows. Production took a couple days longer than expected, but order was placed just before the July 4th holiday during a major sale, so I'll forgive that. They arrived promptly afterwards, well-protected and undamaged.
Installation was a breeze, even for a first-time homeowner. Take your time lining up the brackets properly. I think pace was like 15 mins/blind by the end.
I am very happy with the look and finish on the blinds, really couldn't be happier in that respect. I did not get the tape strips or hole-less version because I didn't think the light coming through would be that bad. I was mostly right, and as expected a very minimal amount of light does get through. So if you're really sensitive and want full blackout, pay up. I'm sure they do a great job with those as well.
I received a product that had several manufacturing problems. Initially had some problems in getting the issue resolved. After giving up, I was surprised by a call from Blindster, they resolved the issue. Apparently, they do check the recorded calls and follow up. I was more than satisfied with the result. Errors can happen as long as a company is willing to work with the customer, that is the best that can be expected. Good follow up!
The blinds were easy to measure for and install. Delivery was on schedule. No problems whatsoever.
Good value, good service. Only disappointment was I could not order an inside mount with the valence that extends outside an inch and a half like most other companies.
Both of my blind orders were painless. Instructions on the website are simple for measuring correctly. Customer service was proactive and offered to send a product sample without my asking. Production and shipping time was reasonable. The product is well crafted, easy to install and they look fantastic. Would highly recommend Blindster for window shades.
Ordered about $1,000 worth of blinds. One came damaged, caused by FedEx. Replacing it was no problem. All blinds fit perfectly.

When we received our shades, one of them was broken. I called Blindster.com and they sent us a replacement very quickly.
Products are good except they weren't delivered at the same time I had to wait 1 more week for the second delivery to arrived and those are the blinds that are more important since they are from the living room.
