Bad blinds, good service.

I recently purchased blinds for my new house. It took over 3 weeks to get them, and then when they finally arrived, they were all "damaged". I called and customer service was great. They offered to send news ones or give me a refund. They explained they had been very backed up with a lot of orders. This unfortunately hurt the quality of the product. I took the refund and spent about a week trying to "rig" the damaged blinds. I managed to get most of them to kind of "work". They probably won't last as long but, I didnt end up paying for them... so that's why 3 stars instead of 1.

Blindster Quick and Easy

I recently purchased 23 aluminium mini blinds in a variety of sizes. The blinds were easy to install and cut precisely to my measurements. Shipping was quick without delay. A couple of the blinds had bent slats or bent headrails, however, they were covered by the valances so no complaints. Overall very satisfied with Blindster.

Made them work.

We ordered three sets of two and one single blinds. Very satisfied with the looks of the blinds. Most fit perfectly. One set was two inches too short. My husband installed them in such a way that it is not noticeable, rather than try to return them.
All in all we are very satisfied.

Not as promised

The blinds came in the time period promised. The size was incorrect. I'm confident our measurements were correct. I say this for the reason, I along with an interior designer followed the EXACT steps Blindster.com gave. Because of the concern, (which came to be true) we didn't share the measurements before each of us individually completed. When we compared, the measurements were exactly the same. To avoid the return ($30 shipping) process, we simply acceptable the incorrect blinds. Customers coming into the office will probably not notice the gap, we will. We'll pay more this next month with our home wood blinds. Thanks.

What I ordered

The time from ordering to shipping to deliver was just as explained. The workmanship and quality appear to be good. The price was better than other options... walk ins or online. We did have to make adjustments to installation on 2 of the 3 blinds ordered. A bit too wide for brackets. But we were able to file down the tip on left end enough to make it work. Be sure to install low enough to get the roller to fit between bracket and top of window frame if inside window.

Best Shopping Experience in 30 years

I am a board member of a 105 year old small historic church that was in need of blinds for 12 windows that all had slightly different sizes. We received a donation to help buy some new blinds and I heard about your company on the Rush Limbaugh radio show. I checked out your website and found your prices miraculously within our budget. We received samples within a few days, made our choice, measured, and ordered them. We received confirmation and updated production information and received our custom cut blinds in what seemed like no time at all. Every single blind fit PERFECTLY and not one single part was missing. They look beautiful, we are VERY Pleased with your company and have recommended you to our congregation members.
