I looked awhile for outdoor porch blinds in stores & online with no luck. Then I came across Blindster. Exactly what I was searching for. Many great options, color choices & weaves. Prices very affordable too. Found 2 sets of blinds I loved! Didn't know it@ the time but I ordered a looser weave instead of privacy weave I had wanted. The blinds arrived & were beautiful but realized I ordered wrong ones. Darn! I called Blindster just to inquire if anything I could do about my mistake. To my total surprise, the customer service agent Vincent said he would help me reorder & get the original ones I had wanted! I could donate the ones I received & pay only $44 to ship the right ones to me! That is amazing customer service like I've never seen in my life. When they say they guarantee your happiness with your order, they aren't kidding & did so despite the order being my mix up. I couldn't say enough great things about this business & their outstanding customer service! & no, I'm not related to Vincent or anyone@ Blindster🤣.

We received a vertical blind and the measurements had been flipped. I thought I had mixed up the numbers. I ordered another blind making sure he numbers were correct then called blindster. The rep said no it was their fault and immediately put in a refund.

Loved our zebra blinds as ordered, However, after 6 months some fraying occured on one side. After sending pictures Blindster sent me notification that they would remake the blind. Greatly appreciate their quick response and customer service!

When the shade I ordered arrived and I realized I gave the wrong length measurement, I didn't panic because I remembered Blindster's fit or free guarantee. I submitted my request to have a new blind made and was contacted by a customer service rep to confirm the measurements. It was effortless. I purchased blinds from Blindster a couple of times. The lates was in 2024. I moved a window to an add-on room and the brackets for the blinds got lost. I called Blindster, and Fernando (great customer service representative), was able to tract down my previous order, find the exact brackets and send them to me. Fernando was very curious and very interested in helping me solve my issue. The blinds that I purchased in 2024 still look like they did on day one of the install and I continue to get complements about them,

The custom made blinds were perfect! They are well made and came quickly and were packed very well. I like the button lift as these were large heavy blinds. The wood is the perfect color and smooth finish. The price was great and the best I found anywhere for the quality. Highly satisfied customer.

I love my blinds. It was easy to install and looks great. Love the two-tones. It can make the room darker or lighter, however you line up the vertical panels. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to order this online. They have samples so you can actually look at the colors before ordering.

When the shipment was delayed beyond the expected and promised timeline I tried to change the shipment address (which FedEx said could have been done if Blindster would just make the request), but was met with nothing but delays, refusals and excuses from Blindster.
Finally, 20 days after I placed the order it was delivered to an address I'm no longer occupying. Blindster had ample time to resolve the situation, but failed to do anything helpful at every opportunity.
I will never order from Blindster again... neither should you!
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
