Overall I am very pleased with the look and quality of the 7 blinds I ordered. The screws supplied were not very good quality and after breaking 4 in a row I decided to get some better quality ones from the hardware store. Other than that, I am pleased with my order.
These blinds are heavy and a thin cardboard box is not enough. As a result, they arrived damaged. Fortunately, the damage was on an area not visible. However, could have easily been on an area that would necessitate a return. Better packing, folks at Blindster, that's my recommendation.
Great looking... for the most part. Exactly what I ordered. Only one complaint, the horizontal valance was scratched in the left corner. Wish it had been perfect.
Order took the time it said it would, blinds are real nice and easy to install.
I recently ordered another cell blind. When it arrived, I was missing a clip to raise the shade. Not only did I receive the one I was missing, but she sent me a replacement for one my grandson broke and a few extra.
I would have rated 5 stars because I really do like the blind and it was fairly easy to install. My only complaint would be for my application on a door, 'Hold Downs' were important. The blind came with them but the ones included were completely different from the instructions. The ones in the instructions showed there to be little extensions on the bottom ends of the blind that hooked under a hold down clip mounted on the door or surface. The hold downs that were included had the extensions on the clip but there were no holes on the blind for them to hook into. I had to drill holes to accommodate the pins in order for the holds downs to work. Either I received the wrong clips or the instructions need to be updated to show how to install the clips I did receive. Otherwise I love the blind and it works great for its purpose.
Very happy with my bamboo blind purchase. Fits perfectly and easy to hang. Have now ordered another one for one of the bedrooms at our beach house!

Installation was simple. Great ease of operation with the chain pull roller blinds. A couple minor hiccups but customer service was great and took care of it. A very good experience all around.
Originally there was a problem with my order because I had placed it on my I-pad and it failed to sync with Blindster but the customer service was very helpful to get my order in on time to receive the discount. There was a problem with a timely delivery, but again customer service responded immediately and my beautiful blinds arrived just in time to install before our 14 guests arrived for an extended stay. Great quality of blinds AND service. Will order again.
Blinds were delivered however we are unable to use the want to open and close

Blinds sent to billing address instead of shipping address. 6 weeks later still don't have my blinds. Would not expedite shipping to correct address once they realized their mistake.
We have had great service on line and with questions on our order. Staff was very helpful.
Customer service was great since I ordered during a sale but did not know what color of wood would match. They held my oder till samples came then I emailed them back with the color and my blinds came in a week at the sale price. My husband and I out them up without any issues and the look great!

We've not had since building our home a covering on the utility room window, as it doesn't get direct sunlight. A few weeks ago, my wife said she would like to get a shutter for the window.
Having successfully purchased blinds previously from Blindster, I went to the website to look at the company's shutter offerings. After deciding which one we wanted, I called and talked to "James" (who I subsequently found out was one of the company principles). He made a couple of suggestions about the order form I had filled out on-line, and I hit the 'order' button.
Blind arrived several days earlier than promised, with all parts and instructions included in the well-packaged carton. Installation was relatively quick and easy. All one needs is basic carpentry knowledge, the recommended tools, and the ability to follow the easy directions.
Blind looks great, fits perfectly, and operates smoothly. MOMMA"S HAPPY! Highly recommend this product and this company!
