We ordered the least expensive blinds and are very satisfied with the fit and ease of installation. They also look very nice. My only criticism is one end of one blind sags a bit when in the open position. Not sure what to do about that. We have recommended your company to others and will order again... sometime.

I needed to take advantage of their makeover policy. They were gracious and the remade blinds arrived yesterday. My browser kept wanting to insert the numbers in the measurement boxes and I initially ordered the wrong size because if this.
Quick service, great product and easy installation. Only mistake I made was not getting the samples before hand to check color. A slightly darker shade would probably block more sun.

I have ordered twice from Blindster.com and was very very happy with them both times. Their instructions on how to measure your windows is easy to follow, their selection of product and prices is great, the quality is excellent, and we got our orders so fast. My husband said they are easy to put up too. I just went with basic pleated shades because I had a whole house of windows to recover when we bought an old condo, but when I can afford to upgrade to the top-down shades I will order from Blindster.com again. I can't say enough good things about them.

I ordered the DELUXE LIGHT FILTERING DOUBLE CELLULAR SHADES for a large living room window. I was really impressed with the quality and ease of installation. I did mount the brackets incorrectly at first (diagram was just a tad misleading) but quickly figured it out. I chose the continuous loop lift cord and I feel it was a great choice. We were worried about extra rope/string hanging down and our dog getting caught up in it.
My Wife and I love these shades so much that we will be ordering the same ones for our other windows. Thank you for a great product

The products were everything I expected them to be. Very easy to install and work great. One of the bottom metal rails was damaged and they replaced it with no problem. I love my new window coverings.

I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience.
Unfortunately, one of our factories is running late (only in premium cellular shades). This has been going on since the Memorial Day Holiday sale because of the high volume. I apologize for the delay and hope you will give us another chance.
