I found an incredible bargain using blindster.com over other online retailers. Initially I thought they were a little slow and had to call them to ask about my order but they committed to shipping the very next business day and then they arrived 2 days later. Blinds came much later than the promised delivery date. The product appears to be good.
I had two orders. The first was for 4 blinds of different sizes. That came through just fine. Well packaged and all just as ordered. I then ordered one more. That came with the wrong valance. Size was wrong and the manner of attachment was wrong. A phone call resulted in a replacement being sent. It had the right attachment but size was still wrong. I just cut it down with a saw and it works ok.
Despite the valance hassle on one, we like the blinds. Easy to install.

Not the color or the description online. The color online was darker and the description on the tilt made an impression that it was interchangeable from right to left and visa versa
Although the order took far longer than I expected to arrive, I'm thrilled with the purchase! These blinds are amazing, I bought the blackout top down/bottom up, cordless. I finally called to check on the order after not being notified that they had shipped after 20 days. Customer Service was very helpful and explained that they were really backed up production-wise. When they finally arrived about 11 days later, my husband hung them the following day. They're very good at keeping the light out and the cool air in once the AC's shut off in the AM. I absolutely love them and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again! I'm just waiting for the right sale to finish the upstairs! They will also be so much easier to keep clean than the old standard mini blinds! Well worth the investment!
