We wanted some blinds for our patio doors. The representative from Blindster took me through the whole process of measuring, and waited patiently while I measured during the phone call. He then explained optional features but did not push any of the extras. The blinds fit really well, installation was not too bad and we are happy with the end product.

Product was actually of better quality than anticipated. Had our blinds within the estimated timeline given, and everything fit great. Shopped ariund a lot prior to purchase, and could not find a better value anywhere.
Ordered my blinds with correct measurements. I called and told customer service they didn't fit. They told me that I might have made a mistake when I took the measurements. I came up with the same measurements again and again. They told me that they would remake them at no extra charge but if they didn't fit again, I would lose the warranty. So, I decided to ask for my money back and not take chances. I did get my money back but still charged $10 for each of the blinds that are basically worthless. The staff on the phone are much nicer when they are trying to sell than when you call with a complaint.

Perfect. Took less than 30 minutes to unbox, assemble and mount. Perfect fit. The shutters are perfectly placed/fit because they don't open on there own. Nice and tight fit that isn't too tight. Just flat out well made.
We recently ordered the roller shades for our child care center. They were easy to install, wipe clean very easily and look so nice. The ten year warranty is pretty exceptional as well.The order process was easy and the delivery was on time. We will definitely order with them again!

Purchased Wood Blinds for all the bathrooms, guest bedrooms as a trial run, installation was more difficult than I thought, but that was because we live on the Coast in South Texas and I had to drill the holes through the Hurricane Straps, but other wise they went in fine and my wife is Happy.
