I am very happy with the blind I ordered from Blindster. I measured the window as was shown on the website and it fit perfectly and very simple to install.
They are good and fit. Tuck nicely behind the lever handles on the french doors. The price was as quoted and after the discount it was comparable with other on line vendors. One fly in the ointment, no fittings were shipped to fasten the blinds in the down position as was requested on the order so they flap around a little when the door is opened..
The blinds I ordered fit perfect and the time it took from placing my order until I received them was very quick. I have ordered before and I will order again.

The blinds were delivered quickly. Install was simple once we realized we could manually change the direction of the mounting unit to accommodate different side pulls. All the blinds came identically set up even though the pulls of a few were to be on different side. The cap is simply pulled off and rotated until the desired direction is obtained. Unless this is completed there is no way to close the mechanism which locks the blinds into the brackets.
Be careful when mounting to make certain the cord is not too tight. The cord will not pull easily if mounted too tightly.
The buying process was easy, it arrived in less than two weeks, and we are happy with the quality.
Quick delivery of blind samples to help choose desired colors/textures. Simple measuring and mounting of delivered blinds if instructions are closely followed. Order was processed quickly and the selected blinds were delivered as ordered.

Clear damage during shipping, and one of eight blinds either cut wrong or swapped label with a similar sized one (not sure which). But we were desperate to get blinds up and I was able to conceal most damage behind the valance covers so I hung them all without addressing issues. They would have been a great buy had they all been labeled and cut right and delivered without damage. Bottom line, you get what you pay for but buyer beware... order in enough time to send back and have remade in case of issues. Unfortunately I did not.
Easy to find and use web site. Product detail and how to measure for correct fit are all available. Plus was on sale and that makes it a win win.
Only comment on improving product would be to extend magnetic valence to match length of blind header. Too short by a good 1/2 inch.
I called because of the ads on the conservative radio. When the blinds came I called a local blind company to install them. I was fearful that they would not do other company's blinds. The installer came the next day and was complimentary as to the quality and how well they fit. After he installed the blinds he said, "If this were from my company, I would charge $225.00." Our cost with blinds and all was $122.00 about a $100.00 less for similar quality.
Bought from before with no troubles. Last order was big and heavy. When they arrived 2 small wooden valances were broken. Called them and they rushed out 2 more. Easy, Fast, Great Quality and they look so rich.
I needed some faux wood blinds for a bedroom & bath and heard of blindster on a radio program. It was easy to use their website and I did need some assistance for one window. When I called they were very courteous and helpful and the instructions were clear. One blind was not cut correctly. They immediately reordered the blind in the correct size & shipped it to me. Will most definitely use again.
The blinds are wonderful and cheaper than I paid 10 years ago from a mall department store. They were simple to install. Good communication from blindster.
When my blind arrived it was damaged. I called customer service and all I had to do was send a photo of the damage and my new blind arrived a week later. Hassle free.

I'm sorry you had problems with your order. We normally do not require you to return blinds that are damaged or have manufacturing errors. Instead, we request photos that we send to the factories. I will call you so we can get everything resolved.
