The customer service was excellent. The ladies I spoke to were always very helpful and it wa easy to get credit for one blind that didn't fit. The only dissatisfaction was with some of the quality issues. One blind was strung up crooked and the plastic tassles are sort f cheap looking. I also wanted a decorative tape but that isn't an option.
This was a quality product. It was the easiest I ever installed and looks fantastic with the canister mounting. There is no need for any other window finishes.
The 5% shade is perfect with the new E60 glass windows slightly tinted. Exactly the look I was going after.

Good quality and price and service. Two of the faux wood blinds had factory defects from a $700 order. They were replaced very easily and I didn't have to send the defects back.

Good but not great. The blinds don't roll out completely and some are uneven, one side rolls all the way down and the other not.
All eleven blinds, including one double and one triple window and six 72" high windows - fit perfectly and work well. Color was right, Ordering was easy.The valances make the double and triple size blinds a teeney bit hard to hang into the brackets and close the flap but with two people it is okay. They came with plenty of extra valance hooks and extra supports. They look good. I am very pleased with the blinds and the quick shipment. Thanks to Blindster, com for pleasantly covering my windows.

Bought 5 blinds fro Blindster. One was damaged and one was wrong (my error). Both were replaced per the Blinster replacement policy. Installation was easy. Very happy with how the blinds look and function.
Product looks great. Very good quality. Box came damaged from FedEx and was missing directions and some of the brackets but customer service quickly resolved.
I would buy again in a minute.
