My windows are in a contemporary house and are wide and short vs. traditional windows that are tall and narrow. I had no problem with measuring and ordering my blinds. We opened one box and installed one tentatively since we weren't sure how they would come out and thought for sure would have to return them. However, we were wrong and Blindster.com came through. They were the easiest part of my home remodel so far!

We had 3 damaged blinds caused by the carrier delivering them. I called customer service and got the problem solved immediately and the blinds were replaced. These blinds cost less than lowes, home depot and menards. They were cut to my specs and didn't have to shorten the legenth of the blinds like you do with these other stores. I will use Blinster in the future.
Easy to measure, order and install. Fast delivery also. I am very happy with my blinds. Had trouble falling asleep at night due to a bright light shinning into my bathroom from the school behind my house. These blinds do the trick. My bedroom-bathroom is now dark at night. Love it.
The blind is a very beautiful color. Although it is VERY HEAVY, which makes it a little difficult to raise, since it's cordless, it is still a really nice blind. The quality is excellent.

Bought the faux wood 2" blinds
Apparently they are sensitive to sunlight [heat from]...
Now all have curved up and thus are more difficult to adjust
This was a bit of a surprise as blinds are for windows and exposed to sunlight
The service and help choosing the perfect blinds for my needs was a lot easier and better than I had anticipated. The product was well constructed, decorative and easily functional. Because I mounted a 1 x 4 pine above the windows I was able to ensure a solid mounting place for the blinds to hang for a lifetime of trouble free usage. The price was as expected for a quality product. Any lower price would have been a lower quality product. Go for the best and forget the rest.
The directions are fairly simple but when installing inside the jambs several of the plastic caps do not fit. So we're not used.

After placing our order online, I changed my mind. I sent a msg and had a fast call back from a company rep. He guided me through the issue and it was taken care of. On the flip side, the blinds (top down/bottom up) don't seem to stay level. I usually use my finger to push the side that's higher down to be even with the other side. I have an eye for precision so maybe it's just me. But it's a bit of an annoyance.

Very happy with my purchase of 3 different sized blinds. EASY to install and I even did the inside mount.
Trying to fix up a family home on a different coast and I COMPLETELY missed measurements on two windows. Customer service was very helpful and understanding and I am waiting for my replacements to arrive at a nominal charge.

Easy to use, simple to install. Everything came out perfect/
This was my second order. There was a broken part in one of four blinds. Got immediate response from customer service. Had replacement part within a week, no questions asked. Very impressed.
The delivery was excellent. The product works well. The main issue I have is that with my vertical blinds (which were 12 feet long and opened in the center), the pull cord on the right could not be attached to the wall. The blinds came with the items necessary to attach the two cords to the wall, but if I did so, the cords would cross and not function smoothly (as they were designed).
