The blinds were reasonably priced, and came quickly. I measured wrong, because the window sill in my old house is not completely straight. Blindster was true to their word, and sent me a replacement set of blinds with updated measurements in very short order, at minimal expense. I am very pleased and grateful.

Ordering was easy, the product is good quality. Arrived pretty quick. The only issue I found was that the end caps at the top of the blind are different color than the rest of the blind. Not major, but a bit disappointing. Still love them and use them daily. Thanks!

Item came in as ordered. Non-issues with delivery or item. The only issue i had was that I had to pay additional charges for screw less brackets which I had originally thought it would be provided on my prior two experiences. Something in the order process must have been updated where I could not select what type of bracket I needed. Although the inconvenience was minor I received the brackets in mail less than a week. Overall I am happy with the buyers experience. Will return for more future purchases.

Ordered the blind online. Followed their directions for window measurements. They kept me updated on the progress. Installed following instructions. Shade works well. The cut and quality of the materials are good.

Easy to order. This is the only company that had lengths long enough for my doors. Most go to 72inches, and I needed 79 inches.

I needed to replace a TDBU cellular shade which broke. I couldn't remember what company I had ordered the blind from so I began searching the web I came across Blindster.
It was the most reasonably priced blind and the turnaround was quick.
It installed easily and I'm happy to see the company name is on the bottom rail, should I need it.

Very impressed with the style, coloring, and ease of installation. We ordered for 13 windows and all of the blinds fit! They have really warmed up the space. We are planning to order for the other side of the house that we're currently having repainted, and we will use Blindster again. Shipping takes a while, from order to receipt of all packages, it was a little over a month - so just be aware if you need immdiate, that these are custom cut - so it's not a quick turnaround (atleast in my experience).

Fantastic. We've fitted everything for our house from Blindster and love them. First Roman shade and first powered. Easy install and works flawlessly. Also extra long charge cord is a huge plus. Especially depending where your outlet is located.

RECEIVED THE BLINDS STILL GOT SOME MORE TO PUT UP. ONE BLIND CAME WITH THE ROD AND PLASTIC WAND MECHANISM DETACHED WHEN REMOVED FROM THE BOX AND NOW WONT TURN OUT BLINDS OR FOLD UP WHEN WE TRIED TO REINSTALL. WILL TRY AGAIN TO GET IT TO WORK AND LET YOU KNOW IF WE CAN'T GET IT TO WORK. ANY SUGGESTIONS? BUT REALLY LIKE THE BLINDS OTHER THAN THAT

I have ordered from Blindster two different times - once for two large honeycomb blinds (one with a remote) and again later for a blackout honeycomb blind. The blackout blind wasn't working as well as I knew the blinds could work from my previous experience, so I contacted Customer Service and they solved the problem (ended up replacing the blind) in a friendly and timely manner. I would recommend this company to a friend, which in fact, I did and they also ordered a large honeycomb blind.

Not only does this company provide excellent products and fast service, their customer service team rises above and beyond in my experience. After inquiring about a hardware piece I broke reinstalling my five year old blinds, I was told the blinds were no longer available BUT the customer service person (CIndy) found a box of the old hardware in their office and sent it to me three days after my inquiry, no charge. Now that's customer service A+! To back up their great products of which I have in three rooms in my home. I heartily recommend them. They truly back up what they sell.

I placed an order for a pull down shade after careful measuring. Then, I thought again and realized the shade would be too narrow, so I called the Blindster 800 number and spoke to a very helpful agent. She listened closely and agreed and was then able to change the dimensions to better suit the project. Excellent Customer service!
