These pull shades were made and delivered really fast and they work perfectly to cover the window panes in our front doors. We couldn't think of any other option to give privacy when desired but open fully and seem to disappear when closed. My only disappointment is in the material which looks cheap and plasticky. A higher quality option would have been nice.
Items were constructed accurately and delivered as promised. Performance was described and was also as described. Would be better if blinds went up easier. But our windows are larger than most and blinds do go up with coaxing as was noted.
The instructions on how to measure were clear, the price was unbeatable, installation was incredibly easy, the order was delivered early, the blinds fit as expected and best of all, they feel better quality than blinds we previously purchased through a well-kmown bulk warehouse... even though we purchased the super value style. Would definitely recommend to a friend or use again if I moved into another home needing blinds.

I accidentally placed a duplicate order and was not aware until delivery and subsequent opening of the boxes. I contacted Blindster customer service and the representative was very helpful and gracious to explain all options for return and refund. I donated the blinds and received an expeditious refund after I provided a copy of the donation receipt. Outstanding opportunity for community donation and still received a refund less 10% plus processing fee. Great idea, great customer service.
Blind is a quality product that came on time. Very nice looking. Gave my large bedroom window an updated look. Would buy from Blindster again.
Good instructions for measuring. Blinds are very nice and my experience with customer service was good. My only problem was that my blind order took the maximum time to complete which made it impossible to get in time for my event unless I paid a high expedited shipping cost. Expect the time frame to be the longest they say and give extra time for shipping.
Cust service did not want to ship the center support or the balance brackets... for the price of these blinds i shouldnt have had to call customer service and request anything that should have been shipped with the blinds. Will never order any blinds from this company again
The product was as described. The price was exceedingly competitive. They even replaced a blind I screwed up the measurement on.
Although the blind that I ordered came as ordered, I was not all that pleased with the installation instructions. They were OK as far as what the parts were and typical placement, I found that the mounts had to be moved slightly from where I originally placed them since I got them too close together to comfortably fit the blind in them, and then I also think that for the width of the blind that I ordered it would have been better if there had been two center mounts rather than one that was supplied. Of course a lot of the problem that I had was of my own doing, and had I had more specific instruction, (and particularly where to place the center mount that I also had to move since I had an interference with the blind slat with the way that I placed it). Now of course, I know what some of the gotcha's are now, so I would be better able to place and hang them now, but it would have been more helpful if the instructions had been more detailed and clearly illustrated the way that the hangers and center support should be placed. The other thing is that there were no instructions at all about how to hang the valence on the blind, although with examination it was fairly straightforward, but in the process of learning I mangled a few of the plastic hangers that were provided for that purpose. All in all, a good blind and it is now in place and working well, but I would not buy another faux wood blind, I think that I would want real wood next time just based on my feeling that wood would not be quite as flimsy as the faux wood seems to me to be.
Exactly what I needed and wanted. Should have ordered a tad longer to create a Roman shade look but very pleased. This is not for a working window.

I'm sorry you were so unhappy. I show that we have sent you the parts you requested. The blind you ordered at 31" wide does not need center support brackets but we are happy t send them.
