I had to reorder all 5 of my blinds and it only cost $90 due to shipping. The new blinds fit perfectly. Some of the cords aren't the same so that was the only thing that i didn't like as I have two blinds that are side by side with different cord lengths.

Top down, bottom up blinds are great. We bought them for a log cabin we had refurbished and they really look nice. I ordered some more for my kitchen and reading room, but haven't installed them yet. You won't be sorry to do business with this company. I highly recommend.
Ordered four shades to stack two levels high. Ordering was quick and fairly simple, but the next day I realized I should have ordered two of the shades with extra long pull chains since their bottom edges would be mounted eght feet above the floor. A call to Christina in customer service took care of the additional chain length, and very soon my shades arrived. The fit and color are perfect for my space, as well as the long pull chains. I'll be sending pictures of the finished room soon in hopes of winning your monthly prize.
Order came early and delivered to site. Three weeks later ready to hang blinds and one was damaged in shipping. Have to report within 10 days. Would give me 50% off new make of blind.
