Easy to order, great quality blinds. A bit pricey, but again good quality. You get what you pay for.

There are little string loops on the side of each slat. Not sure why they are there. Seems like a defect in manufacturing. Other than that all functioning seem good. I need to order a little longer valance returns to give it a clean look.

Appreciate the directions on measuring and the options for blinds, as well as benefits for choosing certain varieties.

I am happy with the order. Blinds fit perfectly.

When ordering vertical cellular shades, the "virtual window" display did not work at all or show any color choices (though it worked fine for the horizontal ones.)

Product as received matched color and description, and fit was good. Stackback is rather larger than expected though due to the way the traveler works. Assembly and installation were somewhat challenging.

Impressed with the website and having samples sent to my home. The blinds arrived as scheduled and were a perfect fit.

I'm very happy with the blinds so far. They are pretty, are the perfect color for my room, functional, and affordable. I suggest you add to installation instructions for outside mount that one may need spacers if the frame sticks out from the wall. I was pleased that these were sent to me after the fact for free, though it took a couple of weeks (quicker than predicted by Blinds.com, wisely). However, I only received two and I think I should have received four. I sent an email inquiring about it in 2/21/24 and have not heard back. I improvised but would like to have the proper hardware in place for the long-term mount. Thank you.

Very easy to order and great prices, but you sent the wrong mounting brackets! Had to use my old Levolor ones!

Directions for measuring were specific and easy to complete. Choice of colors were varied and it was nice to get samples before choosing type and color of shutters.

Web site is easy to use and ordering is also very easy. The blinds wer exactly as described and fit perfectly.

It was easy to find, measure, order and install our new blinds. Highly recommended and will use again.

I bought a total of 7 Roman shades in 2 different patterns (about $2k). We love the quality, pattern choices and how they make the woodwork pop.
