There are little string loops on the side of each slat. Not sure why they are there. Seems like a defect in manufacturing. Other than that all functioning seem good. I need to order a little longer valance returns to give it a clean look.

When ordering vertical cellular shades, the "virtual window" display did not work at all or show any color choices (though it worked fine for the horizontal ones.)

I'm very happy with the blinds so far. They are pretty, are the perfect color for my room, functional, and affordable. I suggest you add to installation instructions for outside mount that one may need spacers if the frame sticks out from the wall. I was pleased that these were sent to me after the fact for free, though it took a couple of weeks (quicker than predicted by Blinds.com, wisely). However, I only received two and I think I should have received four. I sent an email inquiring about it in 2/21/24 and have not heard back. I improvised but would like to have the proper hardware in place for the long-term mount. Thank you.

Very easy to order and great prices, but you sent the wrong mounting brackets! Had to use my old Levolor ones!
Directions for measuring were specific and easy to complete. Choice of colors were varied and it was nice to get samples before choosing type and color of shutters.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
