I am happy to be able to choose the exact size for my blinds, no extra length or trying to figure out where to place the blind if it is too wide. I also feel the price for this blind is fair. My order arrived quickly as well, I was surprised at the quick turnaround.

Blinds arrived before expected, they fit perfect, it took about fifteen minutes to install each blind, but the mountings screws are sub-standard. The phillips-head screws are too shallow and they round out. I went to Lowe's and purchased a better grade. Then, things went smooth.
Ordered the light blocking shades to replace the light filtering ones that we installed a few years ago - I am a repeat customer. The new ones fit very tightly into the windows and although there is still a little light that filters around the edges, we now sleep in a nearly-total dark room. Very satisfied.

Easy to use website, I was able to put them in the same brackets that were already attached. Since they aren't visible it work perfectly. Color I picked is perfect too!
As for installation, I don't like that you still use Home Depot. You should be using ONLY Lowe's where employees are treated MORE fairly and donations do not go to seditionists and fascists.
I had a problem with the promo, but I called customer service (Mark) who transferred me to a sales person (Jason) who told me I needed to press the Promo button. Problem solved.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
