Fantastic company to do business with, we screwed up the measurements, totally our fault, had taken the surefit insurance, no questions asked blinds were replaced.
Overall, very good. One challenge was getting things to work out the way I wanted. For example, on the initial screening, I chose 2" wood blinds, and wanted a 3 on 1 mount along with cloth tape. All of the options shown had those two options, but not together. It should have eliminated all if I chose a combination that wasn't possible.

The blind arrived professionally packaged and perfectly constructed with simple instructions and hardware to mount. Once I drilled the pilot holes the screw gun was a breeze to get the brackets up and the blind snapped in place and was functional within minutes. We love the privacy it provides and makes the room feel cozy at night.
The last order was for two blinds for our dining room to replace two broken 20 year old blinds and they fit perfectly. Good to have the privacy and the extra draft protection from the cold nights.

This is my second set of blinds I"ve purchased with blinds.com. I've had many samples sent. Every time I"ve spoken with someone they have been so helpful. I've saved over a $1000 dollars and it was speaking with an agent that helped to facilitate that.

I had mismeasured the windows and they made all new ones free of charge. What company does that in this day and age? They are unbelievable.
I measured exactly according to the website, but when the blinds are closed, the bottom doesn't rest flat. Add an inch if you want it to sit flat when it's all the way down.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
