Blinds are great. Quality of workmanship was excellent. I gave a four star instead of five due to the poorly written and illustrated instructions. The drawings are confusing and didn't resemble the blind I ordered. The font is ridiculously small for older eyes. Better instructions and it would have been a 5-star rating.

I ordered from them years ago and was pretty satisfied. One of the blinds MELTED (faux wood) from the hot sun. Since it's been a few years, I ordered a replacement instead of trying to get it replaced for free as I'm sure the warranty was expired. I ordered the blind in mid-December. It's February 1st tomorrow, for so literally 6 weeks ago. I STILL cannot get a delivery date. I wasn't notified of a delay until January 4th and was given an estimated ship date of January 26th. Now they are blaming FedEx for another delay. I was originally told it was delayed due to not having the correct materials at the manufacturer. They should not be taking people's money and not delivering their products for literally months as I was told it could be another two weeks due to the FedEx delay which is not true one bit. They gave me a tracking number a week ago and the status has not changed, meaning it hasn't moved or been picked up and is just sitting somewhere. Frustrating and unacceptable and their customer service is terrible. They are basically "oh well sorry" and offer nothing. Do not buy from this place, which I believe is a business of Home Depot.
Hinge screws on one hinge would not tighten.
On right shutter it hit bottom of window sill. Had to adjust hinges to clear bottom window sill.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
