Very convenient. You kept me informed as to the progress of the order. When there was a problem with the blinds, you worked to correct it. All the time, very courteous and considerate.
Very fast and easy. I had 5 wide short windows and had a difficult time locating them locally. Blindds.com made the experience of ordering easy and they arrived earlier than expected. They were easy to install and work great. Happy and would recommend.
Super easy to put up! Caught it on sale and the price was excellent. The only issue I had was the surface I was attaching the blinds to was aluminum and a pain to drill into.
We were so so pleased with the service from placing the order to the blinds being gorgeous. We went after installing them with fervour and excitement. Then we realized there were not nearly enough brackets included to hang even half of the blinds. The manufacturer took a couple weeks to get us the rest of the brackets. In the meantime our house was torn apart with half the project done. Such a small matter but it was a downer. If they would have just shipped the brackets immediately it would have really helped us out.
It didn't take too long. I just had to go back and forth a few times to see the differences among the specific items.
The blinds look good. The only drawback is that they are heavy and don't pull up all the way, thereby blocking the view of the outside.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the mounting template that came with the installation instructions wasn't the correct one for the blinds. I had to make a new template. That wasn't a probllem for me but it could have been an issue for someone who wasn't much of a DIYer.
The website is really easy to use and has a lot of info to answer all my questions. I did reach out to customer service a couple times with questions and they were very helpful.
Ordering via website is easy and trouble free. The blinds fit perfectly and installation with the supplied hardware & screws was straight forward all that is needed is a power drill, a measuring tap and common sense! Binds look great and are lighter in weight that the wood blinds that they replaced.

First person ( customer service) sent me email not related based on reported issue. It is related to new project which is totally incorrect. She also told me that I can see her name in email but I got no reply email address and do not see person name of customer service.

Roller shades- measurement was not correct so my regular shades are not covering whole sliding doors. Two roller shades for sliding door- one is installed on wall and one is on top part of the frame due to short shades. Incorrect measurement.

PAY WITH PAYPAL SO YOU AT LEAST HAVE SOME LEVERAGE. EVEN FEDEX IS FED UP WITH THEM... THEY TELL YOU YOUR PRODUCT HAS "SHIPPED" WHEN IT LEAVES CHINA NOT WHEN IT SHIPS FROM THE PORT OF ENTRY. THEY PROMISED MY DELIVERY BETWEEN DEC 7TH AND 10TH AND TODAY IS DEC 15TH AND IT IS STILL ON A SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA. DO NOT BUY FROM BLINDS.COM. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY.

I have been unable to file a claim for a shutter that arrived broken. I have tried emailing, calling to no avail. Their post purchase product support and warranty claims are a scam. Do not buy from this company, they don't stand behind their products. I resorted to filing a charge back with American Express.
Received samples very quick, found instructions easy to follow and placed the order with just a few clicks. I am not a handy woman but my husband has cancer and cannot help me even with the measuring. Blinds.com made my blinds shopping experience a breeze!
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
