Installation was easy, once I understood how to clip the front of the blind into the bracket. (This is where 'Blind' Installation directions could be improved. The picture provided does not make clear that there is a small groove JUST BEHIND the from of the blind). Now then, I called your help line and the lady talked me through the process and voila!

We have always ordered blinds from Blinds.com and we have always been pleased. My husband has always measured the opening for all our blinds and they have been perfect, however, this time the blinds do not fit the opening. The blinds appears to be off set on the roll and it is not the same amount of space on both sides. So, I will not be able to use the blinds without curtains. Standing on the outside of the house looking into the windows there is a clear opening into our bedroom. I am not sure what happen this time with the cutting of the blinds. This is our first time getting motorized blinds. We have had the blinds for sometime and I have not been able to contact the company because I had contracted COVID and was down for weeks. I still plan on calling the company for suggestions.

After order was received one Levelor solar shade came without the part on the roll to fit into the bracket. Spoke with Cust Svc and new part sent 1 wk later and still wrong end. Cust Svc again called snow awaiting correct part. Hopefully it is correct this time. It's been weeks waiting. Other 2 shades were perfect.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
