Site is very easy to navigate. This is the 3rd time we have used this company, in 3 different houses. We have been pleased every time.
It was easy to select the options I wanted, and my woven wood shades arrived fairly quickly, with free shipping. Unfortunately, the color that arrived was darker than the sample, and it turns out I didn't like my choice of lift mechanism (continuous cord loop). Fortunately, there's the satisfaction guarantee! I priced out an alternative color with slightly different options, and calculated that I'd have to pay about $75 more to cover the difference. I called customer service, and the agent was very helpful. Unfortunately, the way they calculate the difference is based on the price of the products at the time of purchase, and it turns out the new shades I had chosen were *much* more expensive at that time. The difference was going to be $161, which was nearly the cost of buying the alternative blinds brand new at the current pricing (and it more than doubled my total cost). The new blinds arrived *very* quickly (less than a week), and they're... OK. The color is fine and matches the sample. The cordless lift is a bit awkward, though, and hard to get fully open. The "handle" for the lift is a full-width trim piece that's painted a glossy tan that's much lighter than the shade material and looks cheap. I would have preferred the small, clear "thumb grip" I saw in the videos demonstrating the cordless lift. In the end, I'm a bit unsatisfied, but I no longer qualify for a remake. (Ironically, if I *did* buy the new shade at the new discount price instead of doing it as a remake, I'd still have a remake available to me!) I'm bummed because I paid significantly more per sqft than I usually do for custom blinds & shades, and it's my least favorite window covering in the whole house. The rest of my experience was pretty good, though, and would have been great if I ended up liking my shade.

Easy Peasy! Great product, fast! As long as you measure correctly, you should be totally good. On their end, it's a breeze.
I placed my order with the help of a terrific customer service agent. Scheduling window measurement and installation of my new blinds was very easy (and actually happened more quickly than predicted. How often does that happen?!) All blinds arrived in perfect condition.
So far better than good! Better options than you can get at Home Depot or Lowes, and guaranteed.

My only request is that I'd love the option to do inset blinds with an outer valance.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
