Very easy to use website and great deals! Value was exceptional. Was quoted thousands higher with different companies. My costs with Blinds.com included measuring and installation for significantly less than competitors.

Blinds were a lot nicer than we even expected. The measuring and ordering was easy. Product came packaged well and undamaged also we received it earlier than expected. Easy to install and they look wonderful. Will be ordering more. Very satisfied.

Good variety, clear instructions and easy to use website. My order arrived on time and in good condition. They fit as expected and looked great.

The selection was good and there was no issue with the process. Only issue I had was the color white was not as bright as before when I ordered several years ago. I was able to still use it so I did not complain about it.

I am very pleased with the woven wood shades I purchased, however I didn't purchase with black out lining. I should have done that because they are a little sheer. But I still love them!

I ordered vertical blinds… As advertised, Installation fairly simple. Measurements were accurate however, some of the actual slats were different lengths. The measurements are very precise so I would recommend subtracting an eighth or a quarter of an inch so it doesn't contact the bottom Of the window.

Had to reorder a blind because the new kitten tore apart our other one. Sigh...She's also torn up two more blinds so I will probably be ordering them again sometime soon.

Wish I would've ordered samples, not happy with colors. Was in hurry to get windows covered in bedrooms of our new home, so ordered without getting samples.

They were custom cut and are to be hung outside mount. Therefore, you can see the cut ends! They should have been stained to match the rest of the blind. I would NOT order from this company again!

The blind seems to be of good quality, I would not give it excellent since the bottom rod is not center in blind and it took almost an extra 3 weeks over estimated time. So with almost 7 week turn around I would expect perfection.

Replacing bathroom shade and I needed to use my computer because colors were poor on my apple phone. Other than that it was easy.

One of my blinds was sent with the incorrect length measurement but Blinds.Com quickly let me know that the mistake would be corrected and a new blind was forthcoming. The ordering process was convenient and the Installer was nice and pleasant and installed the blinds quickly and efficiently. I was happy i located Blinds.Com because with they were much more inexpensive than Blinds To Go.

Quick easy inexpensiv Not all parts were delivered.Multiple pieces were missing.Had to wait 20 days to have blinds.Installed, and now I have to wait another 14 days to have the replacement parts delivered.Then I have to schedule an appointment to have the remaining blinds installed.Not happy at all

I ordered 2 sets of blinds at a cost of $701.09. They arrived mis made, cordless lift did not work. I reordered. They notified me today that order was canceled. I have been dealing with this since May 29,2024. Now they don't answer the phone nor do they call you back. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau!

My order arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described easy to assemble and hang. My brand name blinds were about 1/3 less than national chain home store cost.

Purchased a third shade as the previous two I ordered. Very satisfied with the finished product. Product produced and shipped earlier than expected. Thank you.

These blinds are even better than I hoped they would be. They are durable, easy to use, look great and they are easy to install. It took me only a few minutes to install them and put them to use.
They were also shipped quickly and packed very well so as not to be damaged during shipping.
