Purchase Very easy to use. The customer service is horrible. Once the blinds were received you must schedule installation, the website does not you to schedule online so you have to call. No one answers the phone, you cannot leave a message, I called multiple times once i was on hold 1 hour 41 minutes then i had to get to an appoint so i had to hang up. Once we got an appointment confirmation nobody showed up after staying home the whole day. You get the idea, BE CAREFUL!

Everything went well, I ordered blinds for the whole house. They arrived quickly easy to install/ I made one mistake when I entered measurements. They sent a new one for free. I am completely happy
I ordered 10 highly expensive custom blinds. Two of them were shipped on time. Remaining order kept changing estimated shipping time. Apparently they cannot deliver the product in two months. Avoid at all cost.

The website itself was mostly user friendly, but I did find it difficult to find some of the information I needed about the specific blinds I was considering. That being said, the two customer reps I spoke with were both top notch! They were extremely helpful and offered me their direct phone numbers in case I needed further assistance. They both get 5 stars!
It took a little bit to figure out the order process online. I had several sized shades to configure and I think about 10 Windows. I also purchased some motorized shades which for the most part are very nice the functionality is basic, I had to call support to assist with programming as the codes in the manual were different than the actual programming, and I also found limitations setting stop points. They don't all map to voice or program commands, for example "close half way" or "close all the way"

Poor shipment communication and lack of knowing where and when the product would be delivered. Delivery date changed three times and were not able to give me delivery dates that were valid.

It was easy for me to measure myself, pick a color and style, and place an order. The blinds were extremely heavy (two 60" wide in one box) so I hired a handyman to install them. They are beautiful.

Just moved to Hawaii and ordered a small blind for an extra bathroom. As usual the order process was great. Received the blinds and installed them without issues. However the blinds without the drawstring are quite difficult to move up and down. Would recommend ordering with the drawstring.

Easy to order. The online instructions for measuring were clear for the twelve windows I needed to measure. Some were inside the frame mount, some outside mounts with valances, and some others on exterior doors. The order was filled quickly and accurately. The mounting instructions were clear. There were two blinds that arrived with cracked adjustment wands. I called, talked to a live person, and replacements were sent in quick order. I am pleased with the look of the blinds too (as well as the ordering and installation positive experience). This was a pleasurable experience for me, and would recommend blinds.com. Thanks!
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
