I order several pieces of clothing it took more than a month for them to arrive, when I opened the package I was so disappointed, the Items are way too small like for a 10 year old, the material is really cheap, I order 10 pairs of sock, I only got one and it has a hole on it. Wool coats you can see through cheap materials on all dresses and undergarments. They gave me a fake tracking number for UPS..
I have had two orders with this company. The second order would not have been made if I had received the first one before I placed my order. The sizes are not accurate to begin with. The quality is so cheap its not even worth having. The biggest complaint I have is that the company will not return emails on how to return an item. This was one of their big selling points: if you don' t like it return it. Hah! Just try and get in contact with anyone to make that happen! Stay away from this site. The models look wonderful in the clothes, but when you get them, they are sooooo cheaply made and the material is awful.
I had never bought in an online store as bad as Berrylook. The worst of the costume services, there is no way to contact them to ask about the orders already paid, they only have the via email and writing to them is for pleasure. NEVER ANSWER! I ordered several clothes for 5 weeks and nothing has reached me, nor have I been able to contact them. They send you on their website to the order tracking list and what you can see there is the same from the first day you bought, totally deactivated! DO NOT BUY IN THAT STORE IT IS A SCAM!

I ordered 5 items over $100. They took the image of what I ordered and put it on cheap, satin fabric. Sizes were not correct. I immediately wrote to them and submitted pictures. They are disregarding my emails with a response: We are glad you received the item(s), but we're sorry to hear that the item was not as described.
As for the item you received, we suggest you to keep the item and accept our offer which is a $22 voucher as compensation.

I'm so disgusted. I wished I had read reviews first like I normally do. I would've never ordered from China! This company are thieves. Noone will call me. The beautiful pictures you see on their site are not what they send you. You will NOT get your money back.
Only one item out of 6 that I ordered got delivered. The item that did come was barely resembled what I ordered. I have enquired about this rest and I am getting nothing back. All they said that it was delivered to my country with the same tracking number as the one that arrived. It is impossible to have two packages with the same tracking number. This website is a scam and avoid it at every cost.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered the sweater shown in the photo (the one on the left is, of course, the advertisement). In fact, I ordered two: one to give as a gift and another - the same sweater- in black for myself. What I received cannot be considered a sweater - it is cheap, scratchy polyester and is nothing like the advertisement. Berrylook is guilty of false advertising. I am not sure where they are getting the clothes they put on their models, but it is not what you receive. As far as a refund, good luck. I emailed back and forth with them, and, as you have read in other reviews, they require that you return the item to China (which is more expensive than the clothes). In multiple emails, I continued to complain and they finally offered a refund for only one sweater, less shipping. This company is a scam; I don't know how they get away with such blatant false advertising! Do not waste your money!
Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered 5 tops 6 weeks later got 4 which only 1 fit! The others were irregular as if they were hand sewen by a beginner! I wouldn't purchase anything for my worst enemy from this site! Its a scam!

I have had a very bad experience with this company, I have sent them several emails about my item and concerns about my delivery and I am told to check the tracking, the tracking is unable to deliver will try again and again and I keep telling them to read my emails and that they will explain but no they don't. VERY BAD? I advise anyone not to buy from them.

I was shopping on the JCPenney website and somehow ended up on the BerryLook site. I ordered 2 blouses and paid extra for expedited shipping which was advertised to be 5-7 days. I did not realize until after the purchase that the company was based in China. After about a month, nothing arrived despite 2 emails to their service department. They just kept sending a bogus tracking report from a foreign shipping company that showed the package had been sitting in my local post office a few days after I ordered it - obvious untrue. I submitted a complaint through my credit card company and after 57 days I something that looked vaguely like the photo of one of the blouses I ordered but the print was not the same. I never received the second blouse and finally gave up.
The sire deserve zero star products are not as displayed in the picture they are so poor and cheap and design and fabric is altered which is a fraud and second thing they charge me of two sets. Please dont buy from this site please please please. If u dont want to lose your hard earned money. Thanx.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two coats from this company. The first arrived (after 6 weeks) and it fit fine. The second arrived a couple of weeks later and even though it says it's the same size it looks 2 to 3 sizes smaller. I tried to return it and they told me it would be cost prohibitive to return it so they would like to refund 1/2 my money and I keep the coat. I told them I wanted a full refund. Had I known it was coming out of the country, I would not have bought it.

I have not got an email or anything. I wanted to cancel after I started seeing all these bad reviews. I put my order in and realized I needed to cancel. Unfortunately, they took the money out within the hour. I've contacted the bank and hopefully I will get my money back. Please do not order from Berrylook. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. NO, WAY TO EVEN CONTACT THEM. FIRST TIME FOR ME, TO BE SCAMMED.
They do not let you cancel order. If you write a ticket it do not go through it says ticket submitted but you will not get an email for conformation. So no refunds no canceling orders. No response you will have to call your bank why is this company still up an running?
The dresses I ordered didn't fit. What I received looked nothing like the advertised items. This company in my opinion is a scam. So buyer beware. Will never order from them again or any other online business until I check the reviews.
Berrylook.com products are not delivered as represented online. The product is sized extremely differently than advertised and poorly made with low-end materials. When notified of need to return items, they shamefully do not care, they take many emails to give the customer the run around on the matter and ultimately would not give refund or way to return items. They said keep the items that I paid $60 for and informed me they would give me $21 voucher. Their behavior is fraudulent.
I ordered a top in September, it took a month approx to arrive. Disappointed doesnt cover it. Thin material, very loose fit, not as picture, and sleeves so long they almost covered my hands.
I was offered £8 refund, or I could pay to send back to China, with proof of tracking etc they wanted to see. That would be so expensive I would be out of pocket, and no guarantee they would say received either. So I told them I would inform Paypal nor satisfied. Immediate response - they gave me a full refund (ex postage of £6.12) and told me to keep the top. I wouldnt use them again, but if others are unhappy this would be a way of getting your money refunded. The order by the way goes to Orderplus International Limited. The only way I could get hold of Berrylook was through my Paypal acount. Emails direct bounced back.
