Berrylook advertises on their web page, that you can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after ordering for a full refund; I did just that, after I read all the reviews - my mistake is to not have read them before ordering; I canceled right after ordering, sent several e-mails and asked for cancellation of order and refund. They are sending me tracking numbers, because the order has shipped - they say; I do not understand a company like PayPal to work with these scam artists, does none of the bad reviews count or our complaints? There are some good Chinese companies out there - this is not one of them - this is fraudulent! I wish, there was more we consumers could t do to stop this company from doing business in this country

EVERYONE PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A SCAM AND ITEMS ARE OF LOW QUALITY, WRONG SIZE/TOO SMALL AND QUITE DIFFERENT FROM THE ITEMS SEEN ON WEBSITE. VERY DECEPTIVE AND FALSE ADVERTISING. WE SHOULD TRY TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THE WEBSITE. I ordered 3 items from them in December 2021 and only 1 arrived. I've contacted them asking where the other two items are and they keep telling me that they're coming. Where from Mars? I ordered a dress about 3 years ago which took 4 months to arrive. So I'm hoping I still get the two items I ordered. Some of the clothes that I've received are not cut to American sizes. I wear a size 10 or medium and some of their clothes come up much too small. Also, their customer service is terrible. There's very little resolution when you contact them. They saturate the internet with ads, yet don't care less about your customers. I hope to still receive my items that I've paid for and will NEVER order from them again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The items don't look as nice in person. The appearance of the clothing online is very appealing. In person the colors aren't as vibrant. The sizing isn't consistent with the charts. I will not order again.

I purchase many dresses and a jacket. They are terribly ugly
Plus they come very small and fade!

I ordered 6 things. 5/6 of them were very poor quality and did not match the image or description on the website. Two of them were a very different material than what was promised in the description. The website says free returns within 30 days but that is a lie. I reached out to customer service trying to return my items, and they kept redirecting me and trying to give me money off my next purchase and not accept my return.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM. ALSO DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS ALSO. LETS PUT THEM OUT OF THEIR SCAM, BY NOT ORDERING. This site should not be on the online shopping circuit AND definitely not call itself a boutique. I had to contact someone or something via email to get a tracking number after 5 weeks with no correspondence. It took me 7 weeks to finally receive the items. The quality of the items are very poor, yet they are so pricey on the site. This is a lesson learned and I am going to write a review on the BBB in my area. If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, please read and BELIEVE the reviews. Not worth your hard earned money...

It took forever to get the coat that I ordered for my daughter. Then when I opened the box all I could do it laugh because the coat literally looked like something that you would wear on halloween. I was not a wool coat like described and looked nothing like the picture. I still have the coat, we decided (based on the bad reviews on returns) to keep this junk and use it in a future play that my daughter will be in... or like I said, on halloween. Beware. This was the one and only time that I didn't read reviews before I made this purchase... so shame on me. Run the other direction as fast as you can it is a scam and pay pal should not be in bed with this company.

I purchased over $200.00 on Berrylook. Waited months before receiving items. Items were poor quality and did not fit. Berrylook said they would accept returns. I paid an additional $60.00 to return the items and Berrylook never picked up the returned items nor refunded my money. They had no intention of picking up the items nor returning the money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, it is like throwing you money in the toilet. BEWARE!

I wished I would've seen this page before I ordered. I received half my order and it was wrong. Like others, nothing looked like the online photos. I was trying to find the return policy and return address but neither exists. Looking at all of the negative reviews, I see I can't expect any justice but I don't understand how this company is able to do business in this country. It's appalling!

I was 5months pregnant, and ordered a pea coat from Berry look to fit my belly. I purchased on December, 9th 2021! I did not receive my order until January, 16th 2022. No Tracking # nothing…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE…..

So I waited two months for what was described as a wool winter coat for my daughter. The material is terrible and looks like something for a show or trick or treat. Save your money because the first thing my 15 year old said was. I will dress up like the little prince with that jacket. Yes it is a jacket, I honestly could have found her something better at a second hand store. That age old saying. If it seems to good to be true. It is. Don't buy clothes online unless you know the brand, and the quality. I am probably donating this to the local theater company, who just happens to be running the show the Little Prince.

I ordered a coat from them Dec 23 2021 they have my money I have NO coat and they will not answer any email I send and I have sent 15 of them! All I ask for was a tracking Number for my coat! I guess I will not get my coat and I can not do a thing about it! Don't order from them you can not get hold of them! I am out my money! Order number is E*******!

This company gives you an option to write a ticket but once you fill in all the information onece you fill in the captcha it's gonna say code invalid and keep making you redo the ticket over and over this overseas company is a scam they are stealing. Also if you lose your password they won't send you a recovery message they lie and say check your email
