I wish I had read these reviews before I purchase my shoes. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes size 8.5 and received 1 pair at a size 9 and 1 pair at a size 8. Now I have 2 pairs of shoes I cannot wear. I realize now they came from China but come on 8.5 is 8.5 not matter where you are from. I ordered clothes from Fashion Mia (another rip off company) and they too came to small but that at least I could understand as their size large is definitely not an American size large. PLEASE check to see where the merchandize is coming from before placing orders. They definitely need to be boycotted in the US.
Placed my order months ago. Neither goods nor refund has been made. They pretend to send emails and messenger messages as if they are doing something. They have taken the order number about 10 times and done nothing about it. Big worry is they keep advertising on Facebook to catch more innocent customers. There was no option for ZERO STAR hence had to give one

If I could give zero Stars I would. I wish I would have seen reviews from other people before I made my purchase. The clothing I have received from this company is made of very cheap, poor material. Two of the dresses were made of a rough and very scratchy tulle like fabric that chafe's the skin badly upon contact. Just trying the dresses on caused skin irritation, I could never actually wear them. There are other issues as well. The stitching is visible and not done well at all. The sizing is completely wrong and one of the dresses I ordered in black came in Brown. One of the dresses had a torn bodice. Although I used their sizing guide, two of the dresses we're so small I could not zip them up. The clothing took a really long time to arrive. I was not aware it was coming from China. I was not in a hurry to get the clothing so having to wait would have been no problem if the clothing hadn't been so poor upon arrival. I contacted the customer service Representatives multiple times and sent many pictures. I kept receiving the runaround from them. They offered me credit to use towards other merchandise but I would never order from them again! Even though it had been less than 30 days since I had received the items they refused to refund my money. This is a very bad company! Do not buy from them!

After placing my order for a dress with Berrylook, I searched some reviews to see if items were true to size. I did not find many answers to my search (one or two said that items were much smaller than they had anticipated), however, I did read review after review of negative experiences... mostly that items were never delivered or fell apart after the initial wearing. I was very skeptical of the company. I went back to the website to see if I could cancel my order, but did not find any way of doing this. Therefore, I decided to contact the customer service center and ask to switch the dress from a small to a medium. I received a timely response indicating that the change had been made. Great! :) About 4 weeks passed and I hadn't yet received my order, nor a tracking number which I was told would be e-mailed to me once the product had been shipped. I once again contacted customer service and again received a timely response, with a tracking number attached. My order arrived the next day in fact. It did indeed fit to the size which was indicated on the website. Although I usually take a small or x-small, my measurements were that of a medium on the website, so I decided it best to stick to what was written. The dress fit perfectly, and although the quality was not terrific (but what can you expect for a $25 dress?), I was satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased 3 blouses 2Xl when I were a US size Large. Thinking their sizes run small. Boy are they small more like a size US Medium. Return to return address on package received on 6/29/18 and still have not received refund. I also purchased two pair of shoes one came just fine. Received email other pair our of stock, however they still charged me for the second pair of shoes. They should not be allowed to do business in the US.

Please take my advice and don't buy these nice looking items on the website of Berrylook. The products are not what they look like, and some of the cheapest material that doesn't fit properly for the size stated. Also, depending upon where you live, it could take as much as three to four weeks to get what you purchased. Never again, I learned my lesson the hard way.

As has been noted by various other reviewers, the product is terrible quality and the customer service is awful. I have received a product that I ordered and found the material to be extremely cheap. The sizing was also off. So far, my correspondence with the customer service team has been extremely disappointing, their solution to my dissatisfaction with the product and the huge discrepancy between the product and what is advertised on the website is to give me an online store credit that I will never use because of the quality of the product. The company even had the gall to respond to a review I posted on a different website and ask for my order number so that they could resolve my issue. I have been corresponding with them for weeks and still have not seen the issue resolved. The customer service team had received the corresponding order number in my very first email to them, and I have given it to them more than once in response. They are giving me the run-around via email because I had emailed them to cancel a second order with a different order number, which I was, thankfully, refunded for because I cancelled it before it shipped. They are indirect in my responses in that they do not reply to my inquiries or comments directly. They seem to have no communication between their team, as they have 2 people responding to me through the same email address. I continue to be extremely disappointed with the service and, quite frankly, I feel cheated, as, had they given me a reasonable response two weeks ago, I could have returned the item within the allotted timeframe and gotten my money back. Any respectable business should be abhorred about the way this was handled. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is the worst online company. I ordered a dress and sweaters in May and I only received them on 7 August. I almost gave up waiting for them if they would arrive at all. When I placed the order they did not send a confirmation and when I tried to ring several times they would not answer. I them several emails and the answer I got was 'be patient'.

My story is like everyone else's. I placed an order in June and they processed my payment immediately. But I still have yet to receive my merchandise. I did receive a vague email on July 10 after inquiring about my order... they promised it would ship in 48-72 hours. Where in the heck could it be coming from, and what method of shipping can take this long? It's a shame because I have two teenage daughters who are eager to shop from this website. Spent $98.00! Never received my merchandise and I am going on week 6 with lame delayed responses via email stating they apologize for the delayed delivery because they are backed up on orders. I have been emailing since about week 3 with no satisfactory responses, and obviously no merchandise. I don't know how this outfit has the nerve to keep placing ads. I ordered 3 shirts, which arrived after about 3 weeks. Shoddy material and workmanship, and size was marked 3x but my size-10 daughter couldn't get them over her head. Complained to Berrylook and was told to lay them on the floor and take pictures of measurements to send them as proof. BS! The tip-off should've been the absence of return information in the original shipment. I emailed a request for details on the returns procedure but got no reply, so I sent the shirts to the RETURNS ONLY address on the shipping label, along with receipt, prior emails, statement form Paypal, etc. To make a long, frustrating story shorter, I've received a series of disjointed emails from different Berrylook people with conflicting information. One included an offer of $25 as refund, or about half my original cost. I shall consider this an expensive lesson to check the website and reviews of unfamiliar online companies before placing an order. Hope others read this one and steer clear.

I ordered two dresses in May 6 of 2018 and paid 48.00 for them. Spring ahead to July 2018 and on the 9th I received ONE of the dresses with no sign of the next one being on its way. I have left several emails to no avail and of course this day and age it is impossible to call someone or some thing. So as of July 10,2018, I have one dress and am out the other 24.00 dollars. I encourage people with the same experience file a report on www.econsumer.gov to stop scam websites operating in the US.
