I ordered a dress on the 19th June, still haven`t received it (8th Sept) the tracking that they kept referring me to didn`t show me where the parcel was. Whenever I emailed them they would just refer me to the tracking that didn`t track anywhere. Very disappointed.
Horrendous quality is the worst! How does a seamstress mess up a t-shirt? The collar is lopsided. Other items the buttons make the lapel uneven, there is a chemical harsh smell on another. I can go on and on. Customer service is non existent. Hard to get help for a return UGH

I placed two orders, one on July 23d and the other the early part of August. Now in this day and age, we know it doesn't take a month to order and/or receive a product. I can guarantee you they got my money within 5 minutes of me placing the order. To date, I've gotten 3 items from one order (the one placed in August) and 2 items from the July order. The shoes I ordered in a size 10 (of which I thought I was ordering larger to be on the safe side) came in way too small. And the saying is true: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Cheaply made is cheap I will not be able to wash any of the items because I know they'll fall apart. There are too many American shops to order from don't waste your time with this one.

I had posted that they use stock fotos and a translator app for writing fraudulent positive reviews. Now THEY ARE SCREENSHOTTING PEOPLES PROFILE PICTURES to make the reviews seem real. PAYEL K SOPHIE E AND PAUL G ARE FAKE! It looks like they may be hiring people a little more familiar with english to write them but by the grammar you can tell they are not proficient. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE FOR A REFUND. They auto generate responses to peoples complaints that have nothing to do with the complaint. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Got 2 shirts from them. One looked fine, but the size was quite small for a medium. The other was NOTHING like the pic. Totally cheap paper-lime material. Trying to get the return is impossible. They keep sending emails requesting more info (4 so far) getting the return address info seems I'm possible. I guess I have to take the loss on this one.

I purchased 5 outfits received 4 all the dress will be donated to a thrift store because the 3XL will fit a ten year old not for Ladies. Returning it back will cost too much. I wear XL in the US and thought that I will reduce them is they are too big, just a waste of money will never purchase anything from this sight.

This is the only company that I purchased from using this debit card and now I have unauthorized purchased coming out of my account! The dress that I ordered didn't look like what I ordered. The material wasn't the same and the sizes aren't even close to what I wear! Stay away from this company as they are sure to rip you off one way or another!

I ordered merchandise from this company Feb 21,2018, and after reading the reviews decided to cancel my order. I went through Paypal first but was told I would have to ask Berrylook for a refund first. Berrylook would send me bullsh. T emails telling me to wait and wait until I was pushed out of the 6 month time frame to get a refund from Paypal. They are a scam company from China and all their emails are computer generated. Don't even think about it. I was scammed for over $75.00. I will continue to slam this business and PayPal on every social media and internet site for doing business with scam artists.

When shopping for maxi dresses and eventually get to find the ones that are below $100 price tag, you find the materials peeling off very easily or worse. I was a bit skeptical at first ordering from Berrylook, but I must tell you this dress is not in any way low quality! The dress is long and it also fits well and easily goes with my heels and wedges. As soon as the dress came in, I could not wait to take it out of the package. I am 5'2,34b, big thighs/ waist/ butt, 130 lbs and bought a medium. It fits PERFECTLY and from the way the dress is made, it doesn't matter if i lost or gained a few more lbs it would still fit.

I made an order on July 24, today August 30 I receive the package. The dresses and shoes I ordered look nothing like what I saw on the website. The quality is extremely poor and to make matters worst nothing I purchase can fit. Their sizing is very off. I spent $135 Canadian dollars and I would like to get back my money. First took month to receive the product no communication from the company since u place order. The material are not as shown and size not fit. I order a dress the end of July for a wedding on August 18. Well let's say I am still waiting for the dress. No thanks to this worthless company, I was able to find a dress locally. I email sweet J and her response was as worthless as a three dollar bill. They had no intentions to send the order and they charge my visa twice. After all the problems i was having, I read the reviews and have since discovered how terrible this company is and from their reviews on the quality of merchandise they did me a favor by not sending something I was going to have send back only to find out they don't honor their returns policy. The quality of merchandise is as worthless as their business practice. I paid $11.15 for a (2) two day delivery with tracking! I have REPEATEDLY requested my refund.
