So bad! I wish I would have read reviews before I made my purchase. Beautiful pictures of clothes but the material and quality is very poor. One shirt was missing a button, another one was frayed and another shirt had a hole in the side. I emailed Berry look and told them and they asked for images of the clothes, packing list and detailed description of the problem. I sent all of this information and the next email from their customer service said a return label is too much and how about a cash coupon for the site. Fine, I would have been ok with this. However, when I replied this was okay, I got another email asking for the same packing list, photos, details. I sent this information again. The next email was the same generic response from their customer service. I have emailed with them 10 times now and received no compensation for the damaged shirts. Please do yourself a favor and pick another clothing site. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I got my order after one month but it was the wrong size and very cheap quality. I emailed berrylook to send me their return address and all they say, give the item to someone as a gift because they dont pay the return label. I am really speechless. It was a huge mistake to order from them. And I have more orders to come

I ordered clothes on Sept. 14,2018. I paid almost $30 extra for rush shipping. I'm still waiting for my order. They sent me a fake tracking number, too! AWFUL company! I've complained several times via email and I get is grammatically incorrect, ridiculous responses. I'm in a dispute with them right now. Avoid the aggravation, shop someplace else.

Do not waste your money on this company. The clothes you get don't look anything like the pictures. Horrible quality and terrible colors - not anything like the pictures. I wrote to their customer service asking for a full return/refund. They emailed me back telling me to gift the clothes because the return process would be lengthy and I would be responsible for the shipping. I might as well have burned the $100 I spent. I would gift the clothes I got to a homeless person.

Ordered 6 items. They took payment for all 6 first and forgot to ship me 1 item. Out of the 5 items received, 3 are of such cheap quality and material, there is no address posted on their site for returns. This company is a huge ripped off. It's been almost 3 months and I haven't got my order yet? What a disappointment? Don't waste your money, just like I did. I paid $117 for 4 stuffs but nothing received. I send them few emails but they don't even bother to respond. The only email they send me is telling me that one of the stuffs is not in stock and ask me to select a replacement. I did send them my replacement but no answer after that. Also, please do not shop here if you are an American woman as their sizes are in Asian sizes unless you are super skinny. Yes, the prices are cheap but it's not worth it, better spend your money in Walmart at least you know you get the stuffs upfront.

Do not order from this company. Unless you are small Asian proportions and are 100% certain you will keep your order. Otherwise, you will repeat the same explanation over and over for weeks to different customer service resp (they seem to continually change and do not read the previous emails in the correspondence) and never receive a refund.
