I ordered 4 items in extra large due to usually online the sizes aren't exactly right. They could have fit my 7 year old almost. I tried to get a refund or exchange but was basically told good luck. They did offer me $15.00 and told me to give them to a friend! One dress is even made out of some kind of foam! This place is horrible and I would never recommend it to anyone. Not even my enemy.
This is a scam, the pictures shown on their advertising were very nice. I ordered 3 dresses, they came almost 3 weeks later than they promised. They were all too big, the style were not what I ordered. 1 of them look similar but totally different materials. I can't wear any of them, they stick to your skin, and see through. I want them to pay for the return postage because I am returning them and willing to pay the postage.

Because the reviews say" the sleeves are perfect lenght" and the coat has no sleeves

The ordering process was very easy, but that was where the good points end. The processing time was supposed to be between 5-7 days. I finally rec'd an email stating the order had been done two weeks later. Then the delivery, stated as being between 5-12 days-it was closer to 15. All told it took one month and 2 days to receive the order. Then upon opening, it was missing a piece which had been paid for, and the quality of the items received were so abysmal, they are not salvageable. Sandals ordered are plastic. The tops are of the worst quality fabric, extremely thin and all synthetic. Even on a jacket that is advertised as cotton-it is a polyester fleece and extremely thin! I am also now in the process of trying to get a refund for the item they didn't send. It has been a week of emails back and forth, to be told this morning they will take up to another month!? Customer service is the last thing they are interested in, the only thing this company does is use marketing tactics to lure people in, and the items do not represent what was ordered.

Internet stores are hit or miss; this one is definitely a miss. The products do not look like the image and may be damaged. They will not refund money or replace items. I bought a dress that was two different clashing colors; they tried to say it was a lighting artifact. It also had a large white streak and splotch on the front that were flaws in printing the fabric. They offered me $5 USD or I could pay to ship the Original dress plus replacement for $40. This is a scam! My damaged item is going to a local drama club for costume.

Bad service, took my money two months later i filed claim with paypal. Got my money back. They promise but don't follow through. Check online Facebook to hear the many horror stories. If you paid with credit card you can dispute the charge and the bank will investigate and possibly give your money back.

I purchased a dress and received it after two weeks. However, the dress has nothing to do with its picture! It is totally different! Neither the style and color nor the material is what you see in the picture. They have said the material is cotton in the website while it is poor plastic It seems like a child sewed it. The worst part is that it has a hole in its back! I would not wear such a dress at home let alone at work or in the street! I really wish I had read the reviews before I made the purchase.
I wrote this review a couple of months ago and I forgot to update that. I tried to catch them several times to return the dress I purchased however I did not receive any response! Then I reached out my credit card (discover) and filed a dispute for this purchase. Finally, I could get my money back after a couple of weeks. Again, do not waste your time and money on this awful company! They are all frauds!

This company is getting rich off of selling pictures, because the product is a hot MESS, CHEAP, VERY POOR QUALITY Chinese MESS! The dress I order should be mid your calf, but it's above the knee and looks like a 7th grader sewed it! Check out the two photos and see the difference between what I ordered and what I received I'm glad I only spent over $20!

I have paid $413 for Berry look clothing. It was nothing like what was advertised not in quality. One dress was same colour but different style in the worst quality possible
And OHHHH the coats were not fit for a dogs to sit on. 3 items were missing
Sent an email complaining but only reply if it suited them
I will be continually commenting on their close and wish every one check their reviews before they loose their money

I ordered $150.00 of clothing from this company on August 31,2018. I received only 5 of the 9 items. All of the items were in very poor quality. I sent an email to the company asking how I could return the items and receive a refund. I have not heard back from them. This is outrageous! They basically have stolen $150.00. Quick to process payment. Received part of the order 30 days later. Ordered XL. Items labeled as XL are actually Small/Medium. The material is of very low quality. Return policy set up to dissuade you from returning merchandise as it costs more to return than the cost of merchandise. They suggest to keep it and gift it to someone. In addition the tracking of merchandise is inaccurate. Responses to inquiries are condensending.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH BERRYLOOK. Absolutely terrible. It was a month late getting here. The quality of the dresses I got was extremely poor ( very cheap fabric), poorly constructed and the fit was terrible. Then I paid to sent them back to get a refund and have been trying (through at least 30 emails back and forth) to get my money back... so far they have not given me any refund.
