I made an order like 2 months ago and nothing! I cant contact them, no one ever answered my emails or told me the status of my order... I think I just got scammed by them. I wish I had seen the reviews before making such a large order... not happy you guys.
Trust me, victim right here. I have ordered 4 tops, took over a month to arrive (and they said it would only take 5~7 days.) I was super unhappy with the terrible quality of them all but decided to keep two and refund other two. One of the top had its button holes closed (and this top worth $30+) and the design was COMPLETELY different to the photo and how it is described on the website (measurements). They told me, the holes are closed because the cloth is NEW. I laughed and asked them then what happened to this other top that I have received that has button holes OPEN? Still no replies and still nothing about refunding. I am about to give up cuz I'm hearing too many shyts happened to ppl with refunding as well.
I'm warning you now. All these positive feedback are scammers supporting this scam website. Don't buy anything from here.

I placed an order in July, it is now 23rd October. I have requested a refund as i never received anything. I was told the refund would be 15-20 days, that was a month ago, I keep getting told to be patient, an explanation would help. Funny how the money was taken from me straight away!

I wish I could take pictures of what they sent me I gathered everything up put it in a bag and sent it to a secondhand store the sizes were all wrong the quality very poor. It took a month to get what I ordered because it came on the slow boat from China. Unfortunately I saw the reviews after I ordered I will never make that mistake again! One item was out of stock they sent me two notices one that it was on its way and that it was out of stock I asked for a refund I have never received it I told them do not send me anymore of your clothes they're horrible I want a refund I never got one. If you look at the reviews it is all pretty much the same what I experienced everyone else has as well. Stay far far far away from this company it's just a Chinese rip off!

Ordered from them not realizing they are based in hong kong. Ordered over $100 of stuff over a month ago, and when i check the status in my online account it is still in the "picking order" status. I wrote to them asking status and I got reply from "Marguerite" saying there is a delay because it ships from hing kong. There is no tracking number or anything. They are very active on social media but all comments have been turned off so people can't complain. Scam artists. Do not buy from these people.

I placed an order September 26. It's October 20th and I have not received my order. There is absolutely NO way to track your order OR to reach them via their "contact us". It simply does not work. I do most of my shopping online and this is a first for me. NEVER EVER order from this company. I am so upset that I did not read the reviews before I place my order. I wish I googled them before ordering then I would have known they give damaged clothing when you finally do receive them. The tracking numbers are invalid when you enter them. Once they get your money, in my case it was $72 & some change, we'll say $73.00 they bombard you with emails asking you to provide them the shipping info even though they sent it to you. Then they drag their feet in what they call is a reasonable time frame, so they can keep your money. They're thieves. Google Berrylook reviews. They do this to Americans as a practice. It took me a while to save that money to buy myself something nice & Berrylook took my money & sent me junk. Ordered 3 items 9/9/18 they did not arrive till 10/04/18.4 weeks later that alone was bad enough. Package was dirty when open all items soiled. Contacted them immediately they asked for pictures. Sent picture. Instead of giving me a refund they want me to take it to the dry cleaners and they will credit me 10 dollars. What a joke. I said no, so now they want to credit me 30 dollars which I can use to buy more of their garbage. Again I said no. I have clearly stated I want my money back still waiting for a reply.

I placed my order in July and some items arrived in september. It is now mid October and item has still not arrived. Of the other 3 items, only one was ok. The other two was so very bad and there is no way anything could wear them. The workmanship was bad and the dresses didn't lok anything like the photos. The conditions of return are so ridiculous (including that the packaging cannot be damaged) that I am just going to dump the dresses. I ordered 3 items from Berrylook.com and the fabric is poor quality and not as shown in the picture.
Below is 1 item. Compare it with the picture on their website: round neck patch pocket plain shift dress. The pocket on what was shipped to me is close to the hemline compared to the picture on their website. Additionally, the fabric is thin and flimsy.
Add to that, it doesn't fit.

Shopping at this website have been an absolutely waste of my time and money. I have been chasing these guys since that one of the packages with half the products is delivered and that also their team responded to after a month after I mailed these guys again. I am chasing something that should have been their priority.
