It is October 30,2018- I placed an order with BerryLook on September 29,2018. I still have not received my order. I emailed the company with the tracking number THEY provided, and they emailed me to say the tracking number was incorrect. I emailed again to find out the "status" and they still have not responded.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be very disappointed! Shipping takes too long. Customer service is non-existent or ridiculously lax. They take your money (credit card payment) quickly, run it through their system immediately and then do not respond to emails.

This company needs to be investigated. Something is "off", here.

I ordered 14 items from them. Said it would take 3-7days for delivery. It took 4-8 weeks. When the order did arrived in, not altogether; they were very small. They would fit little girls about 12yrs old
Even though I ordered larges and mediums. The quality was not good, very poor fabric and poorly sewed items. Didn't bother returning, that would cost me more on shipping and handling and not sure if I would see a refund. Since, emails were not being answered. Also thry have no company phone number listed and contacting Custer Service through the listed email was never answered. Theses people need to go out of business when enough people know more about them... JPR

I ordered a dress and paid extra shipping charges for 5-7 days delivery because I was going out of town. It arrived 14 days later - 2 days after I had left for my trip. I contacted them and told them that I didn't want the dress and couldn't use it and thought that they owed me a prepaid return shipping label
Since it didn't arrive as promised. They said No. After numerous emails, I asked that my complaint be forwarded to the BerryLook Resolution Center per the bottom of their emails
They finally told me that they don't have a Resolution Center!. You can't get anywhere with them. If you read customer complaints on other sites, they're almost completely negative, and BerryLook's responses are obviously computerized. They all read the same. Wish I'd read them first... lesson learned. Now I guess I'll find out how much it's going to cost to ship it back to China, although a lot of complaints are that people didn't get their money back. Ironic that they wouldn't give me a pre-paid return shipping label, but when I ordered from them, shipping was free.

This seller Berrylook.com is a fraud... Bait and switch... beware...
The items advertised on Berryloook.com are not the same items you will receive... after making your order... We paid for 12 items and received only 9 items the quality is really really BAD.!. The seller is not responsive do not want to issue refund ( specially for items they didn't send it) and do not want to provide return label to send it back to China...
What ever they are sending is total"""garbage"""this is typical "" bait and switch """ operation... You ordering one thing but getting another... DO NOT ORDER FROM FROM BERRYLOOK.COM!

I was looking for a dress for a wedding and saw a few through and ad on a respected news site. I wish I had done some research first. BUYERS BEWARE!

I bought 4 items - 2 dresses, a sweater and a necklace. Took weeks to get to me to the point where I bought a completely different outfit for the wedding because I was worried. The first of 2 packages arrived. I can typically wear medium or large in the US but I ordered large for the dress - couldn't even get it on! Lucky of it was a medium but definitely not a large. The necklace was broken. The sweater is not a large either. Second package arrived - repeat situation on the size. I contacted them and it's complete run around and to get my money back I can pay to ship to China and I know I'll never see the money.

Don't buy from them - the sizes are all wrong, the quality is poor and the customer service is awful.

And for the positive reviews here - I read them and clearly by the language they are written by someone at the company. The English isn't great and matches what I've seen in the emails. They are just trying to raise their star rating! I'm sure it's part of their job to go on and write positive reviews to suck people in! Don't fall for it!

I ordered merchandise over 2 months still have not received my item. You can't track the item with the tracking number they claim is yours. This company is definitely a fraud. And they will send everyone the same message, sorry for the delay. They even told me that my package had gone through custom at the airport, so I guess it's coming by turtle. I can only imagine how rich this company is by showing cheap items and people paying but never receiving items.

The product is just amazing. They delivered what they showed in the pictures. I was wondering when I'll get my delivery but I'm very happy with the delivery time. They delivered the product just on time and I'm more than happy. The quality of the dresses are exceptional and their customer support is brilliant. Now i realise why i was wasting tine on other sites and also not getting the products that i expected. Berrylook delivered what i was expecting. Really happy with the items and website. Site had great photos of nice designs, huge selection, easy to order. It's true that "you get what you pay for", and the lure of the low prices should have tipped me off. The quality (flimsy fabric, poor workmanship), and undersizing( xl is Med.) of the items was awful. It took a month to receive only a partial order with no info as to why or if ever the missing item of 4 ordered would arrive. After several emails sent to them as directed on their site, NO response. The only good reviews of them are obviously written by the company itself because with their non existent customer service and low quality noone's happy. Here. I, m not looking forward to their problematic return policy, which requires response from them to begin and they don't respond. My time will probably be better spent bashing them on every possible website & social media.

Many people are saying that this website is a scam or fraud but I simply say that Berrylook is just exceptional. They deliver what they show before you order. I bought 5 dresses from this website and all were just outstanding. The delivery time is excellent and I'm more than happy with the delivery. I just got what I was searching for here and there. I'll definitely buy things again from the Berrylook. Thanks for the great items.

I purchased some item was supposed to be dresses and when I receive it they are short tops old and fragile I have tried to reach out to these individual and they ignored me but I have something for them my dad is an attorney and I don't care how I'm going to get my money back but I will get my money back if you don't respond to me I have spent a lot of money on this side and I'm waiting for the address of my order and I don't want it I want my money back and I'm going to push this as far as I can.

if I can advise anyone please read the reviews read what people are saying about they cloning there are not quality code clothing they are fraud and just be very mindful that they are located in China so they choose to put up a site to save for customer assistance and then indicate due to high or the volume they're extremely busy everything is just make the money and knowing that they're not in the US they would take your money but I have to say this I live in the US and I don't care where you live you will give me back my money.

I bought 2 dresses and 1 shirt from this company. I looked at the American models, modeling the clothes, studied the size chart, and ordered 2 XL. When I received my clothes, they would barely fit over my head, they might have fit a medium size. I looked at the return policy and did everything to a t. Berrylook stated that it would cost them too much money to ship the item back to the manufacturer, and told me to give the clothes away as gifts. I opened up a claim with Paypal. They talked me into closing the claim, saying that, once I did, they would refund my money. Well, now they refuse to refund anything. I have no clothes, no money, nothing. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS! Shame on you if you dare to order from this company. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
