The quality of their clothing is the cheapest I have ever encountered. It looks like Dollar Store clothing. The clothing is about 3 sizes too small and their shoes are cardboard and useless. My order took 3 months to arrive and I wanted to return everything. The tracking numbers they provide are bogus. Forget returning anything. If you want a refund dispute it through your bank. That is what I did and the only way I was going to get my refund. Berrylook's customer service is horrible and you cannot reach anyone on the phone number they provide. SCAM. I can guarantee the 2 favorable reviews on here were posted by employees. I can tell by the grammar. Stay away from this company.
Ordered 4 products, took 6 weeks to get merchandise, they sent me shipping tracking numbers that did not track and received the merchandise 4 weeks later! All clothes and shoes are such poor quality you cannot wear them.

Berrylook is located in Hong Kong. The service they offer is very poor as my shipment took over three months to arrive. They kept on asking me to be patient. The quality of their merchandise is inferior, not up to expectations at all. Returning an item takes some ingenuity as they aren't readily available to provide a return address.

We order 2 winter coats (that's what they say in their website) but when it arrives, ITS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ON THEIR WEBSITE! First problem, the SIZES are for ASIAN only! Sizes are too small for the standard sizes! Second when we decide to return and refund the items, this Co. Will give you a very confusing message like giving cash coupon instead of refunding but the cash coupon is just a fraction of the total of what we are refunding! Total and utter disgrace this BOGUS co! They took your money easily for the goods that UNSATIFACTORY and as much as they can... they are avoiding the refund! BEWARE OF THIS BERRYLOOK!

I ordered 3 pair of shoes all size 6. Got the order and only one pair size 6. The others were definitely bigger, either size 7-1/2 or 8. I asked the company about sending them back and they said maybe I wanted to give as gifts because of the expensive shipping fee? What? Oh, they said they would give me a $12-17 gift certificate to use on future purchases. NO, I will not be ordering from this company again! OH, and it took a month to get the order. Good thing I didn't want it in a hurry! Plus poor quality of shoes!

Really slow, unhelpful service

I ordered 6 garments for the "bargain" price of $92.70. The descriptions and reviews on their site looked good. It is two months later and I'm still waiting for two dresses. What I have received, however, does not match the site description. The most recent shipment was a dress that Was unraveling at the seams and was made out of a thin plastic-like material that you would expect in a poor quality paint smock. I have never seen another clothing item of any sort made out of this material. It isn't even fabric. I tried to leave a review on the site, but there is no way to do so. The packaging was just a plain plastic envelope with no label showing where it is from. Returns are supposed to be accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. There are a list of requirements and you may or may not get a refund. Then, they say it could be awhile before a refund is issued.
I tried to leave a review, but there is no way to write one. The posted reviews are canned. Probably done by the people who work on the site.
I looked them up after trying to contact them for a refund and have found many others who have reported them as a rip-off. I wish I had looked earlier.

They take forever to get your item. After you order, you get an email that it is out of stock and they give you options to buy other item of their choice, not yours. I ordered from Berrylook September 26th and cancelled the order 2 hours later after reading how bad clothes fit and customer service. Should have done my homework before, lesson learned. PayPal no hlep either! Have not received money back and have had numerous emails back and forth with company and excuse after excuse. Filed a dispute with my credit card. They(Berrylook) wants me to cancel dispute so they can return my money, I am not playing that game again. They said when I cancelled dispute with PayPal they would be did not. This company needs to be investigated and not allowed to do business in the United States!

Awful. Cloths smell like mold and mildew so bad I cannot wear them. Not even professional cleaning got the smell out. Shoes smell as well. Had to remove them from the office because co workers could smell them. Purse was broken and is useless. One item never wvem shipped. All of this and Berrylook wants me to pay for shipping of items back to them. (US to China$$) and then if they approve of my concern, I will get a $20 coupon to buy more of their crap. No no no. Not only do they have a really well-chosen range (and send the best styling tips by email), but the quality of their clothes is also really, really nice. Their sizes fit me PERFECTLY, just like a glove (their size charts are very accurate). But by far, the best thing about this website is their customer service. They reply so quickly across all platforms (email, instagram dm etc.) and are so sweet and accommodating, and the shipping is INSANE.
