I bought a larger size from Berrylook than I usually would, thinking this would shrink like most cotton sleep shirts. But it doesn't! And really soft, compared to all cotton shirts. Tagless, and smooth seams- I love it. I've bought four!
I am going through a battle with them now on two dresses ordered in September. I didn't receive them for 5 weeks and when I did, the color and size was nothing like I ordered and the fabric was so cheap, paper thin and see through. On a $54.00 order, they offered for me to keep the items and they will give me a $10 credit on my next purchase, but no refund! I told them I want a full refund, I have no desire to keep the items and I will NEVER order from them again, so they can keep their store credit and give me the return instructions. Well since they have been totally unresponsive since then, I am now disputing the charges via PayPal's customer service. We'll see how it goes. One more thing, don't believe any of the reviews on the items you are purchasing because I believe they are all written by the company themselves. I read the reviews for the items I was purchasing and they all praised the quality etc. what a bunch of BS. This company is horrendous and should be prosecuted for taking people's money and offering no return/refund policy. Save yourself a lot if headaches and BUY AMERICAN,
They took my money, haven't sent purchase. Their website says my purchase number is invalid, and when I tried to contact customer service the page wouldn't load. What a scam.

DO NOT order from Berry look! Ordered 4 shirts. After weeks of nothing I emailed to check status since the tracking number doesn't exist! They stated I need to either pick replacement or get refund since one of the shirts is no longer made. I told them refund please, its been over a month and no refund. All of the shirts are 2 sizes too small even though I ordered my size. Can't even return shirts since shipping is on me and doubt I would get money back on those. Items are crap! Emails response are very odd.

This company should be denied by any and all advertisers. The product quality is the WORST and the customer service doesn't exist. They don't stand by their products and refuse to issue refunds. They write never-ending letters containing lie after lie after lie and you have to go to your credit card company to get anything done. I'm STILL out over $115 from this outfit and am still fighting for it after over 3 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The dresses look charming yet once they arrive (which takes forever) the quality is incredibly poor, the fabric very strange, and the fit impossible to order from unless you are a twig. I ordered several and kept only one because it was tolerable and the fabric okay. That said, I will probably wind up donating it to charity. Now if the return of my money matches their delivery service, it will take at least two months or more to see.
I even went so far as to order a dress I really liked the look of in two sizes to be sure I had a proper fit. Didn't work. Don't order from this company.

DON'T BUY! THEY TRULLY ARE A SCAM. They take forever. IF you get SOME stuff (after 2 months or so), it's the wrong size. After a few more weeks of back & forth emails with all the right apologetic words, and promises of a PARTIAL refund. The back & forth emails will continue to no avail. I'm on month #4

If I could leave zero stars I would. I received a defective item after waiting two months (dress and jacket totally different colors, see photos), which they acknowledged was defective - but only offered 1/3 of the value in refund, or a coupon for slightly more, still less than 1/2. They only accept returns if you send it USPS with no signature required - in other words no way to tell if they receive it. Such a brilliant scam they have going. Only accepting PayPal helps them avoid reversed credit card charges. Totally dishonorable company.

The sponsored Ad for this popped up on my Instagram page and I checked the website and ordered a dress. It was $23 but came in 3 months late. The dress was absolutely rubbish. It was made out of tablecloth plastic. After a complaint they said they would refund and ended up giving back only $6. They have the audacity to respond back saying that when I agreed for a refund I agreed to whatever they would refund. Never was this mentioned in the series of emails exchanged.
I don't care about the money I paid but I expected better service.

Never, ever buy anything from this company. They have the worst products ever. I received a dress that was made out of $1 plastic tablecloth and a shirt that was not sewn together all the way and a child's size at that. I ordered 5 items - only 4 shipped and they said the 5th is on the way which I doubt. I am trying to send these back and get a refund but we keep going round and round in circles because they don't want to issue a refund.
Save your time and money. Their items are not worth the lower cost you will pay.

Have sent 30 emails to this bunch of con artists but they ignored them all apart from one which offered £ 20 voucher to spend on more rags! Just wish I'd read reviews before ordering - items are NOTHING like the photos vehicular re probably stolen from genuine outlets! Shame on you berrylook!

Even though the delivery time was said to be 5-12 days, it took (some of) my clothes a shocking 6 weeks to arrive. Then, not all items were there, and the sizes and materials were far from good. Some items came even later, and one never came. I had to email them several times to get a response, but no solution. Again, after several more, they finally gave the option that I could order something else, get a voucher, or get a refund. After the terribly long delivery time and bad quality of the products, of course I chose the refund. It has now been well over 6 months since I made the purchase, and for 7 weeks now I've been waiting for the refund...

Berrylook has very poor quality of clothes. It feels like a foam like type of material. Kind of what they make kids Halloween costumes out of. Their shoes are cute, but be prepared to receive different sizes. I ordered two pair in the same size & they are clearly at least an entire size different.
