I ordered various items from this company online. It took many weeks for the order to come. When it came, the items were nothing like that on the photos. They were cheap China made, poor quality fabric, poor design, bad styling, what else can I say... I cannot wear any of the items i purchased, It was so bad i feel bad giving them away to charity. Not only that they omit to send 4 of the items that I have paid for.

Sizes are way too small, even large sizes... They ask you to keep it or give it to someone as to return to them is expensive. I'm out $75... a hard lesson!

It took almost 2 months to receive my partial order. The coat and blouse I did receive were horrible quality and looked extremely cheap. The sizing was a total misfit. The pockets on the coat are so sewn so high they look ridiculous. Still waiting for the dress I ordered and I'm sure it will also be garbage. Plan to throw them all out. From what I read it's near to impossible to return anything. Warning avoid ordering anything from this site!

Finally, and after well over a mobth I received the items I ordered yesterday. The quality of the shoes was questionable and the strong smell of the plastic they were made from is toxic. I am throwing the shoes away as I am afraid to wear them. This website should specify what the shoes are made from. I am so dissapointed that I burnt my money on this way.

Ordered some boots... said the charge would be 30 on my credit card. Next day I checked my credit card history there was a charge for 10 dollars more and not even charged under the same name as berrylook. It was charged under some toy company. Called my credit card and they investigated. Low and behold there's no such company. Total fraud! Total scam! Do not try to purchase from here! They will have all of your info. I had to order a new credit card as well. Disgusting people!

The items that I ordered are NOT what they are advertising online. The boots that were shipped to me I wouldn't even dignify as cheap knock offs... THEY DIDN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO WHAT THEY LOOKED LIKE ON THEIR WEBSITE. I agree with one of the consumers below who said they should face criminal charges. What they are doing is not right. They are stealing people's money.
I was unable to contact them on their website. The CONTACT US page does not work. (NO SURPRISE) I tried the LEAVE A MESSAGE button but was sent an error message at my email. So I have emailed the company. I actually sent proof of the differences in the products sent as opposed to what they are selling online. So we shall see if they send me a prepaid shipping label and refund my purchase. I hope they do the right thing. I will update my post later.

In May, I ordered 4 items, 3 dresses and a t-shirt. The dresses were all poorly constructed, one size was bad. I returned 2 of the items months ago and have yet to receive a refund. Just keep getting e-mail messages from a different person every time, claiming they didn't receive my "parcel." 1 of the dresses I kept only lasted two wearings before the shoulder seams frayed. The t-shirt was ok, but it is a t-shirt!

I ordered and paid for 3 dresses. I received 2 of them - 1 was so short the slit in the back came up to my crotch and the 2 nd one had a dark spot on the back. I notified them right away requesting a return and refund as I cannot wear either of the ones I received. I asked them about the 3rd dress. The only response was concerning the 3rd dress being out of stock so I could order another one to replace that one- completely ignoring my request concerning the 2 I received. After going back and forth with multiple people ( they do not assign cases to specific individuals) so you end up repeating your circumstances every time and 3 different people asked for pictures (which I sent each time). Needless to say I got nowhere and finally they said I would have to pay return shipping (to China) but they would return the $$ for the 3rd dress which to this day I have not received. SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE, FRUSTRATION and MONEY and do NOT purchase anything from this company!
