Sewn, clothing runs very small, poor quality and customer service of course doesn't get back to you in a timely manner, an effort to return the items is worthless as the return address in not on the site, apparently you have to request it from customer service and good luck with that before your 30 day return window is up. A complete waste of time and money!
I have been attempting to return all the items I purchased from Berry Look unsuccessfully. First, it was difficult to find any contact info. Finally sent them an email and the response I keep receiving is we don't understand what you want. I want you to take back your cheaply made clothing that does not look like it does in the photos and refund my $120.00!
Do not buy from them. Clothes are inferior quality and you will get embroiled attempting to get your money back.

I placed my order on 10/24/18 E******* which was for a camel coat with faux fur on neck and sleeves. It arrived on 11/6 which was totally acceptable. Unfortunately I did not care for the quality and fit and wanted to return for a refund. There was no return/exchange invoice provided which I found very unusual. I sent the company an email on the process to return an item. I did get a response, however I was not happy with what I was told. They advised that due to high shipping fees to return I can keep item and get a refund of $9(I paid total of $36.58 including shipping) or they can provide me with a coupon for $12!.
I was outraged by their response and sent another email of my displeasure and have yet to hear back.

If I could go back and undo my choice to order from this company, I would avoid doing business with them. I ordered seven items back in July. I was immediately charged for my order, the entire order. Subsequently, I received emails to let me know two items were out of stock. Although I declined to choose replacements and stated I wanted a refund, I never got a refund on the items I ordered but never received. I received the remaining five items. Four fit poorly, and some didn't look like the website pictures. I wanted to return the four that fit poorly, but the return shipping to China is pricey, and since I never received a refund for the items that were out of stock, I am not confident I would get refunded for returning items. My emails to the company to resolve the issue always receive polite and prompt responses, but not action to resolve my issue. It has been 4 months, and despite assurances that my issue is Priority, I have no refund. I should have read these reviews before I ordered. It would have warned me and saved me money.

This company sells clothes that fit a child. Size chart is misrepresented, immediately takes your money, leaves out an item, and takes two months to receive. They are incognito when you try to email them, have you take pictures of garments, then want more information with sku numbers, which they already have with your order number. There is no Resolution Center contact, and this company should be put out of business. I am legally handling this because it is a shame how many people just give up and they keep your money while you are out of merchandise and money.

I without checking the previous reviews (i usually check if a company is new to me) ordered some items from Berrylook website. What a stupid mistake. They not only took longer to deliver, but also delivered part only and the items were extremely poor quality, which you would not even give it for charity. They did not acknowledge or confirm shipment and when I ask them to cancel the order and refund, they ignored my request and sent part of the items after nearly a month. Please be aware of this company. When you unsubscribe, the confirmation is in Chinese language. If I could give minus, I would.

If you want to throw your money away, look no further than berrylook--they will gladly, immediately take your money and give you nothing in return. Oh, maybe a couple of months down the road you'll get a package with the worst quality items imaginable, but don't even think about returning them. You will just end up wasting as much time as you did money. The sizes of their clothing might be appropriate for a very small child. There were multiple items that I never even received, but I still got charged for them. They should not be in business. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures!

I ordered a single black dress on 9/25 and received it today, 11/23. Yes, it took nearly 2 months to arrive! To make matters worse, they charged my credit card on 9/26! They had my money for nearly 2 months before I received my dress. My dress was out of season when it arrived! However...
When I received the dress, I was appalled at how different it was from that which was from their website photos. For one thing, it fit poorly, I ordered a size medium (I'd usually order a size small as size 4 usually fits me), but the medium was too clingy and tight. The dress was actually see-through, the cloth was not at all as per the photo: it was thin, polyester, and had a tacky shine to it. In the photo the dress appeared to be embroidered at the hem, but in reality the design was an ugly print. The dress was supposedly $72.01 but on sale for $18.00, but it isn't worth the room it would take up in my closet, never mind $18.00. And... the reviews on their website must be fabricated, there's no way anyone would review this mis-represented dress so positively.
To make matters worse, I'm currently trying to return the dress and they are giving me issues, offering me a $6.00 discount rather than accepting a return. Stay away from this company, it's not fake (as a fellow reviewer has suggested), but they are completely unscrupulous.

This dress is awesome! The material is very soft, a bit thin but has a bit of stretch to it. I ordered the red (wine) and it looks great... pics to come later.
