I ordered three items. All items did not live up to the picture on line. Poor quality. The sizing was way off. When I tried to return items, there is no address to send them to and the company would not return emails or refund. DO NOT ORDER OR WASRE YOUR MONEY!
First, people need to be aware that this company is based in China, despite its deceptive on-line claims of being based in the US. Second, the website uses fake pictures of merchandise: the fabric, color, and quality that you think you're buying based on the product pictures aren't at all what you'll get. This stuff is cheesy to the max. Third, if you do insist on making the mistake of buying from them (as I did because I didn't check ratings), you will not receive your merchandise for at least 6 weeks, if at all based on others complaints; Berrylook's customer service system doesn't respond to your actual complaint/question, it just sends you and automatic form email... no one there cares about your complaint or question. Finally, if you do receive your merchandise you will find that nothing fits at all close to what Berrylook's sizing charts say: they are false, appear to be based either on a stereotypical overly petite Asian body or maybe just on nothing. The stuff I finally got 6 weeks late are so oddly proportioned I can't even give to anyone. I just lost money, not even going to try to return for a refund because it will cost too much and the likelihood this scamming place will do the refund is slight, not worth the aggravation... which is the point of a scam: get your money and make it so annoying to get a refund they get away with it.

Sizes are not consistent. One item you are a medium, next a 2XL. I ordered and a month later nothing. Contacted company, told delayed then a few days later package on the way. Once it arrived it was incomplete. One item, a 2XL was so small my 11 year old, 55lb daughter barely fit it. First time she wore, the seems split. A black dress used white thread causing it to look cheap. Everything is cheap Lycra. Many threads hanging. I contacted again about last two items, told item was sold asked in my requested size, pick something else. So I looked on site and saw item still for sale, so I gave options of bigger size if available or two others just to be safe. Then no response other than package on way, yea! Not so fast two weeks and nothing. Fought to get tracking to discover, sent to wrong state somehow. Contacted and nothing, tried again a couple days later, nothing. I opened PayPal complaint and they drug out process and requested again for replacement item choice. I responded back, but they didn't respond and PayPal closed out complaint. (BTW, you have 28 days to the hour on complaints). So 5 months later I am mostly out almost a $100 with a few items that needed to be repaired. Beware, they only respond to positive messages. There are better Chinese sites out there who stand by products!

Like so many of the other customers. I took purchased items that were not of good quality and too small. Several email attempts going back and forth for my refund after spending $15 to return the items. This issue has been ongoing since Sept 2018 and I still have NOT received my refund. My suggestions to all customers is to contact the BBB, Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, and Federal Trade Commission for overseas complaints. Write one letter and cc the other agencies with detailed information along with dated emails and contact names. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

I bought a dress that was absolutely gorgeous online, but when it finally arrived after months and months of waiting it was the cheapest material ever. I put it on and showed my husband and he said it look like I was wearing a garbage bag. Seriously, the material was like a garbage bag. I don't know how a company like that can actually exist. Returning the item was virtually impossible because it is located in China and the requirements to send it back was ridiculous. I had to just eat the cost, threw away the plastic bag/dress, and learned my lesson the hard way. Hopefully you will not fall for this company.

AWEFUL QUALITY! They should get a -star. It took 8 weeks to receive the product and it is the cheapest clothing/material/workmanship I have ever seen. Nothing like the photos. Save yourself the time and energy and shop somewhere else.

Never ever would I purchase or suggest to my worst enemy to purchase from this company. The items I received were way too small so I sent them back as instructed by the company. This was in September 2018. It is now December. I filed a PayPal grievance against them and their response was they would reimburse once I sent the product back. Their records should show as I proved in their email that they received the products back two months prior. In the meantime they are sending me emails asking me to cancel my grievance with PayPal.

Berrylook should be put out of business today! I ordered two dresses this summer and received a message that the one dress was out of stock. They never returned my money or sent me the one dress that was in stock until 6 months later. This was not a dress I followed their size and checked the material as I do not like polyester so I was careful about reading the what the dress was made of as I'm seeking cotton. I received a piece of a shirt not a dress it cut off at the butt cheeks and I placed it in a bag for the homeless shelter so someone can have a new top.
I will never refer people to Berrylook and I'll never buy from Berrylook again. People beware and read reviews as this company is a rip off.

Please do not order anything from this company scam. Has been three weeks and I've been tried to email them asked them why I have not received my item but no response from them. I was told that I would receive it in 15 days from the day I order the three item. They send me tracking number but I waited for at least 10 days now. I wish I had read the review before I order my item. This company should not be in business. Order number is E******* order on 11-16-2018. Berrylook has no phone number for any one to call. I will call my Credit card company to Dispute.

I have been crazy trying to deal with this company and PayPal. I received less quality then what was advertised. I responded to both seller and PayPal several times and went through the resolution which did nothing to help me - I didn't send back the items because of the enormous cost involved. It disturbs me to think, (PayPal) was well aware to return would be well over $200.00. BerryLook has my $154. US dollars, BerryLook have been less then honest to me the customer - yet you still side with the seller? I tried to warn other "buyers" on Berrylook facebook comments but guess what they delete my comments almost instantly - makes me wonder why do they not have one comment on there site. I am so sorry to those that have been scammed by this company

This company is terrible! I ordered 6 items for around $100 and NONE of them fit! I asked for a refund and the company proposed giving me a $30 store credit instead! Just to give you an example - I ordered an XL and I was sent an XXL! When I opened the XXL it was maybe comparable to a women's small! The items look nothing like what is pictured online! Such a rip off!

It was the worst experience ever. The company is a scam. I ordered the items and received 3 months later. Then I returned the order immediately because of the bad quality. After they received my return, they said they would refund me in two weeks. But they didn't refund ever after 5 months. The money was taken from my account the day I placed my order. After over a month I had not received my order, so I contacted the berry look company. They told me they were sorry and would ship out my items. Another month passed and my order had still not arrived. I contacted them again, and they said because of the high demand the order would take a while longer. They asked If I would like a different item instead. I agreed to another item and sent them the link as they instructed. A few days later I received a confirmation of the wrong item. I have had enough of the back and forth emailing and the constant mistakes on their end, and I asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund after a week of saying and now I will escalate the matter. They are highly unprofessional and likely crooks.

I made payment for my order on 30 October 2018 and I received 3 emails stating my clothes have been shipped.
Received 1st email on 13 November 2018, 2nd email on 24 November 2018 and 3rd email 3 December 2018 and ALL have different reference numbers!?
Just 7 dresses need 3 shipments?
I thought they shipped out all 7 dresses but didn't. Took them (after my payment on 30 October 2018 - 3 weeks later) so long to tell me one dress was out of stock and asked me to choose another dress and their customer service kept telling me to be patient.
I am very confused and very angry. Where in the world are my dresses now?
