Ordered 11/13 received 12/10 - RIDICULOUS! When I inquired as to what the hold up was, I was told that I needed to "be patient and wait for the system to update". Bologna!
Then after receiving my two garments, they were completely not as described and waaaaay too small - I had used the size chart.
Upon inquiring about a return, they sincerely told me to try and give to someone that it would fit because I would have to foot the bill to send it back. I'm not sending it back to have them not refund my money.
This is a China based company. Poorest quality garments.

Finally got my order after about 2 months but I'm very disappointed... TERRIBLE QUALITY, EXTREMELY CHEAP MATERIAL, DO NOT BUY! The photos are VERY DECEIVING. The "reviews" on their site below the items are FAKE. If you sign into your account, there is no way for you to post a review so how is it possible that another user was able to? It's too much effort to return the dresses but I will NEVER buy from them again. You have been warned.

I ordered the dress on September 25. Paid $40 by Visa.
Delivered to me December 17. Two sizes too small.
Unable to stop payment with visa because the dress was delivered even if too small.
After two weeks of hassles, berrylook agrees to refund me in full. I mailed the dress back to them and spent another $20.

I ordered two dresses from this company in July. When the dresses arrived, they were nothing like the pictures, basically they were shapeless and unwearable. I sent the dresses back and contacted customer service. They promised to refund my money. After a couple of months of empty promises I started a complaint with Paypal. They said the case did not match their criterion for them to get involved. I am still getting placatory empty promises about my refund, and realise that I will never get my money back. Totally dishonest Chinese company, don't go anywhere near them.

Took FOREVER to arrive. Did not even resemble what i ordered. I ordered a size larger to be sure it was roomy. Looks like i put on a child jacket. Very poor quality that i would not wear for free. Their facebook ad looks as though it is letting you post honest review, but it never appears after you enter it! Beware! Do not be taken financially by this company... or any china company from the experiences of friends!

I ordered a simple pair of ballet flats with criss cross ankle strap.
** they took nearly 2 months to receive.
** featured a tacky, oversized zipper on the back(s) which was NOT shown in photos. That made them unwearable -imo.
**the construction was AWFUL. Looked like assembled by slave labor! No name inside and the soles are already coming off even though I've never worn them.
**Reached out to CS and never got a reply.
** I finally filed a charge back with PatPal and got my money back right away as they never answered PayPal either.
** This company Beerylook spends literally thousands of dollars on advertisement so they must be making a lot of money on their cheap crap! They know that most people won't follow through with returns ifit costs so much for shipping. Plus, they are a foreign company so you can't even report them to the FTC.
** One thing I learned for sure. Buy from American based company and if it's too cheap - STAY AWAY!

Wish I could do 0 stars. Everything about this order was terrible.
Took about 2 months to arrive, in which time I sent about 4 emails, only 2 of which were answered and only after a few days.
The coat is awful, I can't even wear it, it's so cheap and poorly fitting. The pictures are definitely misleading in terms of colour and fabric.
I'm having to give it straight to charity as it wouldn't be worth returning, and I will never buy anything from Berry Look Clothing again.
It's a cheap coat so I wasn't expecting the world but this is probably the worst purchase experience I've ever had.
They wont even let me write a review of the product on their site.

I ordered 2 cowlneck blouses and a jacket --- I have never seen clothing made and sold like this. The material was FELT, the unfinished sewing/stiching was as if they were done by kids in an elementary Home Economics class. Who knows what size these are.
I ordered Early November received Mid December after requesting a cancellation and refund.

I have been dealing with oriental imports for a while--takes about a month--how can this site promise rapid delivery. Also says on their tracking shipping from ca 2 weeks ago yet they just sent me email saying shipping from china.

Only because 1 is the lowest rating am I giving it that. I found Berrylook online and thought, what a great site. Well, the clothes look nothing like the pictures and the quality is TERRIBLE. I ordered over $200 worth of clothing and when received, disappointment was the nicest word I could think of. Their customer service was terrible. This, believe it or not, was what was said when I asked to return the items. They said I would have to pay for all returns and that since it would cost so much, I should give the clothes away, they would credit me $30 toward more of their products. Seriously? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and will post to as many sites as will allow this experience.

Sizing terrible quality rubbish don't bother getting anything from them they give you english sizing but if you go by that you are nuts you need to order at least 3 sizes bigger. Looks great in pictures but don't be fooled waste of money.

The clothes I received from Berry Look were child sized and not good quality. I requested a return and was provided a "return address" and given instructions on how to return the clothes at my own expense. I followed the instructions and sent the items via USPS priority mail to the purported return address. The post office alerted me that there was no business access so the package could not be delivered. When I called the return warehouse number provided, there was only a fax tone. The purported online "resolution center" does not exist. Unless you like Inferior goods and a fraudulent return policy. Do NOT waste your time, energy and money with Berry Look.

Terrible company. I placed an order on 10-29-18 but still haven't received the boots I ordered. Additionally all the other 3 clothing items which took about 4 weeks to receive were too small. The quality of the items were extremely poor. I have sent several emails but have not gotten a response back about where to returning the items. Truly disappointed.
