I ordered from this company for the first time. On 12/10/18 received an email that order #E******* has been shipped but i have not received it yet. Tracking number they provides is not valid. Sent an email, came back as mail delivery failure.

I ordered from here and the product are really good, I don't understand all the bad reviews, some people probably forget that M size is S and S is smaller than the normal S you use. I always order a bigger number or otherwhise wont fit. I see people ordering the wrong size and then they judge tje store which isnt their fault. Until now I have only had good experience with them.

All the items are extreme poor quality! Not same as described! Completely different SH**t! All the reviews on berrylook site are FAKE!
They make extreme ridiculous rules for returns! They don't accept shipping methods of UPS DHL FedEx... so I asked for an advice about the shipping methods they accept and no response! And they charge 0.5 US$ For individual item package(very thin plastic bag) if it is opened or damaged which is unbelievable! Stay away this site! It is 100% SCAM! BBB needs to investigate this site and shut it down!

All I can do is laugh. I purchased 8 items, some of them coats. The quality is so poor you could rip the material trying to squeeze into it... and you will have to squeeze into it! My daughter in her 20s is 120lbs and 5ft 4inches. The sleeves of all the coats were 4 inches too short on her arms. All of the items fit into a small cardboard box and some don't have labels. Oh and the best is I went back and read a description of one of the coats. Material: Woolen. Interesting cuz mine was plain old polyester. Honestly, can't advise more strongly that you DONT SHOP HERE. I'm donating all of this as children's wear. I just hope there aren't too many toxins in this crap and I harm someone. Yikes!

Berrylook is a fraudulent company. If you live in the U.S. do not order from them. We have way too many other shopping options here. I'm convinced all positive reviews for this site are fake and submitted by the company. Just read them, it's all broken English. I placed (and was charged for) my order 11/11/18. Still have not received it. Requested a full refund repeatedly. They refused. Stealing money. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Their return policy is a no win for the customer. Most of us do not know how a piece of clothing will look or the quality until seen. They tell you after you ask to return, that if you want to return to consider the high return shipping fee which needs to be afford by yourself. They ask you would it be possible for you to keep the item or give your friends as gift since you will only get back a few dollars from them once you pay for return costs. Go with a company who offers free returns instead of one that will end up costing you if not happy with the item they send you. They are polite in their emails but not pro customer and quality of clothing is below average.

I had to return my purchase. I had a mistake when choosing the size of a dress that I bought that I liked very much I saw it. When I arrived and I tried it, it looked very beautiful, but it was not my size, it was very big, because I'm thin and everything was because I made a mistake when selecting the size. Why is it that my items are still in Processing and haven't heard from Berrylook since 12/12/2018 it is now 12/18/2018 and it's still not budging. What is the problem people. I want my items darnit.
This is ridiculous, I ordered on 11/27/18 and reached out 4 times about my order and no response. My items are for a Christmas present and from the looks of every review it doesn't look like i will receive it in time. I'd rather get refunded, but i have a feeling that it wouldn't work neither.
I ordered 4 tops XL. I live in the US. My normal US size is medium. Based on their size chart I ordered XL. They still are too small. The clothing is also extremely cheap material. Nothing I would ever wear ir consider to be wearable by anyone.
I am trying to get a refund. They say I have to pay shipping back. The cost to ship the items back is more than I paid. They are a scam. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

My dress was a poor imitation of the dress the model was wearing. Not even the same fabric, color or style. My guess is that this company post pictures from elsewhere, use a similar cheap fabric and send you the horrible imitation. What I don't understand is how a serious company like Paypal doesn't ban this scam business from their website.

The saddest part is that these were Christmas gifts for my 93 year-old mother. The first 2 weeks of updates basically said, took order, took payment, reviewed order, confirmed payment,... all these things took days each. Finally, on 12/14, I got word that my November 30 order had shipped - half of it. (No word on the other half.) The tracking number is for no known shipping company in the world. Since I have little to no hope of receiving these items, and little to no hope of them being useable anyway, I've shelled out ANOTHER $200 so my mother would have at least something. (Not what I'd wanted, but all I could come up with at this late date.) Why, oh why didn't I read the reviews?! I cannot comprehend how they are allowed to remain in business. I wouldn't order a tee from them. Very sad, especially at Christmas time.

Berry Look is not a legitimate business and I can't understand why some entity hasn't shut them down. One star is not bad enough, we should be able to select negative stars. I ordered two dresses, yes I took the bait about a week before Thanksgiving, paid $12 in shipping to have it delivered in 5-7 days. I immediately received a text from my bank that it detected a fraudulent transaction so I immediately responded and said to stop payment. I then found all these reviews, how could I have fallen for this scam! It's December 17, a month later and although I did receive a shipment notification about 12 days ago, still no delivery. I'd also like to note that after the purchase I did not receive any email confirmation so had no recourse to contact them. Here's another weird thing, I called my bank the next day and they said that there was a charge from China under another name that was what flagged their system as fraudulent and what I responded to, so my bank cut that charge off. HOWEVER, once that charge was held up, another charge, same exact amount came in under "berry look" and of course that one flew under the radar. So it's as if they try to be deceitful by using another name then if that doesn't work, they will charge under the site's name. SO sleazy. Beware everyone this is not legitimate. I still have nothing to show for my money. I'm posting this everywhere I can to warn users.
